「Air con a bit noisy at night when is all quiet. Other then this is all good. Good location, Good view, Reasonable price, clean.」

「Great location, friendly staff But the management use ‘service apartment’ as a justification for very minimal housekeeping. We stayed for more than a week, only had cleaning once, and that cleaning was not thorough - toilet not properly cleaned (drain still slow). Though we know we pay for the location, but for the price range, we expected a little bit more after sales services.」

「We had a late check-in arriving from Disneyland, the front desk receptionist, Ms. Bobo Ngai, very attentive personnel, she gave us a very warm welcome, providing all information we might need during our stay. It's almost a ritual, every time we visit HK, our last stay should be in the Hotel Icon, no others and it cannot be reverse either in our trip plan.
