Terrible accommodation experience
1. The front desk staff did not protect the information of the guests
When I checked in, I handed my ID card to the front desk clerk, and then I left the location for a while, and then even a stranger went to the front desk to look for the clerk, but the clerk did not cover my ID card, allowing strangers to see my information .
2. The hotel did not deliver on its service promises
I asked for a king size bed when I made the reservation. When I arrived, the front desk staff said "Because you made a late reservation, there is no king bed room type." When I insisted on wanting a king bed room type, the staff said "may take an hour." This means that the hotel is actually There is a big bed room type but they don't have a room ready for the guest at the moment, not because I booked late and there is no room. I feel like his first words are trying to put the blame on me
3. Dilapidated hotel equipment
The shower head in the shower had weird noises and the water power was weak.
The quality of the pillows is too poor, too soft, and there is no support, so I can't sleep at all.
The refrigerator doesn't seem to be open, it's not freezing at all.
All in all the whole stay was very unpleasant especially the quality of the pillows was unacceptably poor and couldn't sleep at all. I don't recommend anyone to stay.
