Had a leaking shower and didn't get clean towels some days (despite having to use them to clean up the water that leaked). Spa facilities were good but the staff were a little disorganised but all got resolved in the end. Pool area was simple but nice. Shout out to Jeffrey who helped us with a smashed bottle one night and could not have been more accommodating. We enjoyed our time here.」
