“Location was convenient for the purpose of my stay. Staff were very friendly and professional. Service to my room was excellent. Julia made sure whatever we needed she went out of her way to provide. Definitely stay again and recommend to others. ”

“Clean room with ensuite. Bed very comfortable, with only one pillow was included per person. USB socket for charging by bed, along with a double plug. Only downside was that the mirror was in the bathroom and the plug for the hair dryer the other side of the bed.”

“Thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. I stayed in the Mansion House which had a lovely rustic feel but was also very clean and modern. The whole site had a lovely feel and the other building with the pool etc looked very modern and also had some nice cosy seating areas. We didn't use any facilities but had a look around and everything looked brand new! Would love to stay here again. ”

“This is the third time my partner and I have chosen to stay at the Market House. We like its convenient, central location, and clean, spacious, well-appointed rooms. Staff are always friendly and efficient, our check-in and check-out experiences have been seamless each time. The only disadvantage at the moment is the fact that the lift is under repair, which did not particularly inconvenience us, but could pose an issue for guests with mobility issues. “Very well-appointed accommodation; immaculately clean and comfortable for 4 persons especially family or couples. The bathroom with the tub, unfortunately, did not have a shower curtain or any way water could be prevented from splashing on the floor which created a compulsory cleaning up of the too much water on the floor after bathing. I thougt it was an oversight but it created unintended inconvenience, besides making the foot/floor bathroom towel too wet too soon. This should be an easy fix……

“Typical rural pub and restaurant and quite nice. Disappointed to discover they dont do breakfast so we only used the accommodation. Room is modern and provided the necessary things, though cleanliness was below average, large cobwebs above the bed and high level dust was scattered about when the heating eventually came on. Room was cold to begin with. Bed was comfortable though could feel the lump in the middle of joining 2 beds together. It was nice though, not likely to return.”
