“They have nice gardens,but the interior of the room is old and empty. I heard other guests, including myself, complaining that the air conditioning is not working properly. This hotel hosts a lot of local business and private parties, almost every day, resulting in their service staff being focused on taking care of the guests who come to host the meeting, and not taking good care of the guests staying in the hotel. The hotel only has one restaurant, and eating is always like that. If it weren't……

“Property was located in a quiet area and short safe walk to local restaurants. Room was nice sized with a good view from balcony with a large beautiful bathroom.”

“This is the worst 5-star hotel I have ever been to. They have a bar right up to my room with VERY NOISY music playing at midnight. The bathroom has water stains on the glass. It’s a dog friendly hotel and they don’t even have any potty area for dogs, or they didn’t tell me where it is. Again, it is the WORST HOTEL EVER!!! Don’t stay here. Spend your money on other nice hotels.”

The staff at the counter have a good attitude, but we often call the front desk, they are too busy to wait for a long time before someone answers the phone.”

“The Maybourne has quickly become a favorite spot for us to do quick little staycations. This particular weekend we stayed here to celebrate our 22nd wedding anniversary. The staff was so attentive and were always checking to see if we needed anything. Special shout-out to Tristan at the front desk who really went out of his way to make our weekend at The Maybourne extra special! Looking forward to the next time! ”
