「The room was big enough for two people and they gave us two single beds as requested. the location of the hotel couldn't have been more convenient and the breakfast was real nice and they had quite a lot of choices. One thing that I like the most was the staffs, a women there helped us with everything we needed to travel around and extended the room one more night for us. The down sides were the communication within the staffs I guess as the young lady said if we wanted to extend one more night,...

Camera pulita e con servizi funzionali, parcheggio, colazione con cappuccino e brioches (c'erano anche altre cose che non abbiamo preso). Siamo arrivati alle 20.00 e ripartiti l'indomani alle 8.30. 「Hotel is modest but overall very good check was fine and breakfast ok only thing I found an issue was the front door was locked which may sound fine but if you didn’t have you key it might be a problem. You were suppose to lock it especially at night and you had to rely on others to do so which was often not the case. There was not often a person at the desk no other issues and still worth the stay 」

「This hotel is somewhat under construction so the living room is not set up well but the staff is excellent, the breakfast options were good (with real cappuchino - not from a machine!) and there is an elevator so we didn't have to lug suitcases up a stairway. The bed was comfortable and housekeeping came in every day. Front desk and breakfast staff were very helpful with suggestions for restaurants, markets and a barbershop!」

「Bij aankomst was er geen kamer vrij dus moesten ze eentje voor ons boeken. Expedia heeft de reservering niet aan hen doorgezet. Wel zijn we direct geholpen door de persoon aan de balie en zijn we goed geholpen. Hotel is prima locatie prachtig personeel vriendelijk.」

「After a busy 10 days sight-seeing around Sicily, we found ourselves in this oasis that is Guigguilena. The greeting from Sabrina was warm and personal. The balcony of our spacious room was almost overhanging the ocean. The breakfast was fresh and delicious. One evening Claudia made us a typical and very tasty Sicilian dinner. The centre of Ortigia is an easy 25 minute walk away. What more could one want?」

「Arrivée très facile avec un coup de téléphone et toutes les explications. La disponibilité au téléphone est géniale pour n’importe quelle soucis rencontré. Petit déjeuné très sympas, balcon commun pratique et bien situé dans Syracuse. 」
