“The room is comfy and clean. Staff are nice and helpful. There are lots of food choices in the breakfast and dinner buffets. The food is good. There are sufficient parking lots in the hotel. The in-house onsen is great. Pass for all seven public onsen in Kinosaki for the whole period of stay in the hotel is also included, so you can enjoy the public onsen without paying extra fees.”

“服務好，從入住時就有迎賓茶、點心、宵夜，還有個人浴池可泡，到退房前都不用離開飯店。可惜的是晚餐比預期的差一點，蟹腳限每人一隻，wifi也不太穩定，有人可以連上，有人不行。”

“The hotel is a bit out-dated. The public bath is small and the private in-room outdoor bath is more spacious. However, the shower in the bathroom is very inconvenient, we have to press the button before water comes out, so it’s a manual facility. The water is also quite weak so it’s not comfortable at all. People are in general nice and polite though they cannot communicate well in English, it gives a good impression of the hotel. All-in-all, it’s not worth for the level of price that was……

“This hotel is a ways from the Kinosaki onsen,definitely not walking distance. The road is narrow. The people at the hotel were delightful and helpful. It was a nice walk to the beach from the hotel. ”

“We loved the onsens on the balcony, however there isnt much for food around the property and you have to prepay for the food at the property which we did not know. Overall its an amazing property and I will stay there next time I am there for work.”

“不愉快經歷！ 在hotel. com預訂時註明是包括早歺及晚歺的，但是當我們七時扺達酒店時，酒店職員才告知並沒有包括晚歺，我不知道是那兒出的錯，但已經令我們五人非常狼狽，因酒店歺廳已沒有歺點供應，酒店更位處偏僻位置，附近又沒有歺廳，酒店職員也不友善，跟我們爭拗良久，本人非常不滿hotel.com 的預訂資料有誤！”
