“Amazing setting and was close to everything, didny need to go too far”

“Terrible！ very disappointing.我們被安排住在一幢兩層高一共四間房的建築物（Rm.1-4）內裏設施簡陋，枕頭和毛巾有異味，冷熱水供應非常不穩定，時冷時熱（水熱的時候，是非常熱，但無法調較適合的水溫），滿地蟲蟻，毛巾和床鋪殘舊，都呈灰白色，十分不整潔。我們以為住進了他們的員工宿舍。因我們曾進入位於旁邊的獨立別墅視察，裏面的設施和我們住的房間簡直天淵之別。所以我們有被騙的感覺，是一次極之不愉快的經歷。”

“Did not expect luxury for the price but I did expect the property to be better maintained. The flush button on the toilet sunk into the cistern when flushing. The aircon leaked all over the bedroom floor. No blankets. When asked for a blanket on the second day we were told that they were still being washed and would have them the next day. My daughter said her bed was very hard so she put the cushions from the outside furniture under the mattress. Could do with a microwave.”

“Our stay at villa langka was incredible and we highly recommend a group of any kind to stay. We had 10 of us friends from Sydney stay for 6 nights and this property was perfect for us. Our property manager and staff were amazing and very helpful and we never had any issues. The location was perfect, close to shops, restaurants and cafes while still being away from traffic. We will definitely be coming back to stay at villa langka!!”

“Séjour agréable, un peu loin du centre, il faut louer absolument un scooter. La mer pour se baigner est un environ 1,5km . Le voisinage est accueillant et l'interlocuteur (voisin egalement) sur place est toujours là pour nous aider et nous conseiller . Nous avons été invité dans sa famille.”

“Wir wurden wie vereinbart, vom Flughafen von 2 jungen Männern abgeholt und danach in die Unterkunft gefahren. Vor Ort wurden wir sehr herzlich empfangen, uns wurde alles genau erklärt und gleich gefragt welches Frühstück wir am nächsten Morgen zu uns nehmen möchten. Ilju ist eine sehr gute Köchin, die es versteht, einem die balinesische Küche sanft näher zu bringen. Wir haben alle Frühstücksvarianten ausprobiert und waren nie enttäuscht. “Ich hatte das Vergnügen, ein paar Tage in diesem wunderschönen Ferienhaus zu verbringen und ich muss sagen, ich bin begeistert! Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen und malerischen Gegend mit herrlicher Aussicht auf die umliegende Natur. Es ist offensichtlich, dass der Eigentümer viel Liebe und Sorgfalt in die Gestaltung des Hauses und des Gartens gesteckt hat. There was a few hiccups upon arrival as manager had different arrival dates for us as what we booked but the staff in the front looked after us very well and before long we were in our villa. Other issues were airconditioner downstairs not working properly, upstairs showerhead wouldn't secure properly and upstairs vanity leaked majorly one day. Nyoman the manager was excellent in attending to these issues on the same day so we couldn't ask for more. I was hesitant when I heard……

“Unfortunately we were mislead by the property manager when booking the property. We explained we would need two separate out buildings each with two bedrooms, to cater for our two families with young children. Unfortunately when we checked in we were told there were 4 separate buildings with one single room in each and one single room in the main house. We cut our stay short to find something more suitable for our families with small children. The villa cleaning staff were also in the villa……
