“So basically the only good thing about this hotel is the location near beach. The state of the property is horrible. The phone did not work, the window aluminium shade didnt work. The plugs are far from dresser which is wierd. The staffare not helpful at all. “In the hotels.com app it said we would receive an upgrade of room if available as it was a vip access- it was definitely available but we did not get it.
