「Chalet dated but very clean and well equipt. Fabulous location and we sat outside on the decking frequently. Very close to a main trainline into London but we knew this as visiting friends having previously lived in Broxbourne. Didn't bother us. Sofa not comfortable to sit & enjoy TV. Very hard. Only other negative was the twin beds. Despite the mattress toppers, the springs in the mattresses have gone. They do need replacing. Sadly we had an uncomfortable few nights sleep! 」

「Visiting Chingford (where I'm from) From New Zealand is a pain, so having somewhere comfortable in a good location helped a lot! Rebecca's house was lovely, spacious and comfortable - and Rebecca is an accommodating host! The location was perfect with easy access into central London, for those days when we didn't want to travel into central we were able to explore the beauty of Epping forest as it was on our doorstep! I highly recommend the property and we will most certainly be booking again...

「I was extremely surprised. This was a hidden gem! I was surprised it was equipped with all amenities; kettle, toaster, microwave, dining seating as well as a 2-ring stove. A really lovely accommodation, we were taken aback. The property owner was lovely, pleasant and friendly, he really took the time to show us where everything was. We will most definitely be staying here again in the future.」

「Would totally stay here again! Everything was nice and new. Quite compact (especially the bedroom/bathroom areas) but it was entirely comfortable for a solo traveller like me :) It’s a private apartment attached to the host’s house, but you’ll have your own separate entrance to the outside, which makes it easy to come and go as you please. 「Accommodations was not what it was supposed to be.The unit was clean there was still food in fridge and someone’s clothes still in unit plus the bed was very uncomfortable and no tv for past time. The communication with agency was not short and not very clear. The floor we stayed on smelt of smoke/weed and LOUD party starting from 9pm to 5pm the next day the music was loud which made it difficult to sleep.」
