Great property for large group

Family White Christmas reunion
Impeccable modernized, yet historic property - excellent combination of convenience, amenities, location, and privacy for 6 couples. Well stocked with toiletries, towels and every kitchen convenience imaginable. Grateful for humidifiers in every bedroom to alleviate the dry mountain winter air. Definitely consider this location again, especially with proximity to gondola and main street.

Absolutely perfect home and and location

Men's Retreat to Breckenridge
This is my 5th year to host a group of 10 to 11 men from Woodmont Christian Church in Nashville, TN. to Breckenridge, CO. This year we chose to stay downtown at the Williams House. Our stay was exceptional in every way. Our host was very responsive, the home is clean and has a well stocked kitchen (we have several people who love to cook). The location is A+.

Bachelorette success!

Great stay in the heart of Breckenridge
We stayed here as a part of a large group gathering and the stay was wonderful. If you're looking for a great spot that is central and walkable, this is the place. It is in a historic building on Main Street and we were able to walk everywhere. The place was clean and comfortable with bathrooms in almost every room. Keegan was also a great host and very responsive, which we all appreciated!

Best of all of Breck
The location is 2nd to none. Better than a ski in /ski out. Located ON main street and 3min walk to the Gondola. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. Super clean and updated. Manager was super friendly and prompt. Have stayed there 2 years in a row and will make it 3 next year. Don't waste your time and money being on the mountain. This is THE place.

The best stay for a big group in Breck!
Williams House provided the best accommodations for my 30th birthday in Breck this past weekend. Majority of the group traveled from out of state, so the 7 parking spots and accessibility to Main St. and the gondola made our weekend super convenient. Throughout the trip multiple people kept commenting on “how perfect this location is!” We were only there two nights but with easy access to so many bars and restaurants, the out of towners were overjoyed they were able to maximize their stay and have a cozy home to come back to whenever they needed a break from skiing, to warm up, hangout in the hot tub, etc. The house was very clean and comfortable and made for the perfect homebase. We absolutely loved it!! Thanks Keegan, we’ll be back :)

Wonderful property
Our group of 14 teens and adults enjoyed a wonderful ski trip. House was modern, well stocked, clean, comfortable and well located. We enjoyed easy access to the gondola, restaurants and stores.

Great location and plenty of rooms
We stayed for a ski weekend with a big group, around 14-15 adults. Plenty of space, each bedroom had its own bathroom which was really nice. The owner was very good at communicating. The stay was a little more pricey than I had in mind but the location is unbeatable, especially when accommodating such a large group. A couple small things that needed fixing that was alerted to the management, but the place was in great shape otherwise. The hot-tub was shared between our group and the people staying in the place adjacent. All around it was an awesome time and exactly what we were looking for, would recommend if you're willing to spend the money! Well managed.

Will book again!
To accommodate 8 men and have room to still have privacy is no easy feat. This rental did just that and more. After a long day of skiing and being able to ski in was just what we needed. Being right on Main Street, the ability to walk to the store, a restaurant, or bar was convienent and safer than having to drive around. Every morning we were able to pop by the donut shop to get a warm breakfast before walking around the corner to get on the Gondola to hit the slopes. The Host was always available and even called to check in on things when we arrived. This will be a repeat rental if and when we return to Breckenridge.

Impeccably clean! Great location. Everything you’ll need within a short walking distance (shopping, rentals, gondola, etc). Kitchen/dining area great place for gatherings. Owner very responsive.

Family Skiing Getaway
This was a great property. It worked well for our group of 14 and the location can’t be beat. Walking distance to the gondola for ski access and walk out the front door to the village, it was nice everyone could be together but have their own space and be able to do their own thing.

Absolutely Perfect!
This home exceed our expectations! It is beautifully decorated and fully stocked, making our stay so enjoyable. Location was in the heart of town so everyone was able to access skiing and shopping right outside our door. Would definitely return to this home.

Beautiful Property
This property has been fully updated to be the ultimate rental. Every room has their own bathroom, which makes it very convenient and private. We had 7 guys for a golf trip and everyone had their own space. The location on Main street is the cherry on top. You can walk to everything in town, which makes a 10:00pm cookie run accessible.

Perfect spot!
This home was amazing! The location couldn’t be better for going places in the town of Breckenridge. The outside size is deceiving. Then you go in and there are seven beautiful rooms and bathrooms. Plenty of space for a big group to hang out. We had a wonderful time! Recommended for any large group of people. Keegan was responsive and great!!

Incredible Property
We loved the location. Right on Main street. Easy access to all of the mountain activities. The house was perfect for our family reunion. Plenty of parking (9 spots) and still room for corn hole. We loved the chairs on the front deck, right on main street, so we could visit with all the walkers out for the day. Adorable porch!!. 2 large tables that sat 16 at one setting. We could have used another refrigerator but we made it work with coolers. The tables were great for card and game playing. Kitchen was well stocked, plenty of plates, silverware etc. We used paper products to cut down on the dishwasher usage and that seemed to work well. This house has been remodeled and they did a great job. The decor is updated and each room is well stocked. I would highly recommend this house, we will definitey be back....loved, loved the location. The owners were great to work with. Had some full trash cans and with one telephone call, someone came by to empty them. Can't say enough about how nice the owners are. Very accomodating.

Fantastic House/Fantastic Location
We had such a good time at the Williams House! If you’re doing Breckenridge with a large group this is the place to stay. We were a group of 16 and there was plenty of space to accommodate us and then some. Every room has its own en suite bathroom or a separate designated bathroom, which is so nice. The kitchen was spacious and well stocked with dishes, pots and pans and utensils. The location cannot be beat! It’s walkable to so many restaurants, shops and the gondola. Ample and easy parking was also a plus. The property manager Keegan was very helpful and communicative. He even sent over a Keurig after mistakingly telling me that one was in the house. Above and beyond! Would stay there again in a heart beat.

A Must Have for Group of 10-14
Great location on Main Street Breckenridge! Super accommodating host in Keegan. Responsive, and passionate to ensure you have the best stay possible. The kitchen is exceptionally well-stocked as we had no problem making dinner for 14 people during our 4-night stay. Having private bathrooms in each of the bedrooms made it special and private for each couple/guest. The amenities were top-notch of what you would expect at a 5-star hotel with towels, shampoo, etc. We parked 5 vehicles with no problems, and I believe there is room for a couple more. Enjoy your stay!

Great home for a large group and tremendous location!
The home was perfect for a large group - everyone had their own space and it was comfortable for all of us to be in the kitchen and living room together. The location is also amazing - right across the street from Blue River Bistro (amazing happy hour) and a less than 5 min walk from the Gondola. Keegan was also very responsive and helpful in all my communications with him.

Great location right on Main Street - steps from the action - and a few minute walk to the gondola. Freshly remodeled home perfect for a large group with private bathrooms in nearly every bedroom. Keegan was easily accessible and a great host! Will be staying here again.

The Best
This is my 10th year renting a large house for annual Girls Weekend. This house exceeded all expectations. Location is unbeatable. Keegan is responsive and extremely accommodating, made sure we had what we needed for our stay. The house was perfect. Great, newly renovated space. We loved having individual bathrooms in each room. Perfect home - fantastic location
The Williams house is a perfect place to stay for a large group. Every room has an associated restroom, and there are plenty of large areas for entertaining and a perfectly equipped kitchen. The location cannot be beat - just a quick walk to the gondola, and in the center of town. The property manager went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed for our stay. Cannot express enough how wonderful our stay here was.

Perfect Place with Upgrades and Amazing Location
We booked this house this summer and were so excited to hear about all the amazing upgrades to the house! It seems that everything is new from beds, to bathrooms, kitchen, appliances, flooring, tvs, you name it! The location can’t be beat! The owner and maintenance guy in town were also amazing. We hope to return!
