Great condo - being able to walk to the slopes was wonderful!
Great condo, comfortable and well stocked with everything we needed. Exactly as pictured. Loved being able to use the grill too. Our only disappointment was with the hot tubs. They were very crowded, mainly because only one or two were hot each day. The others were luke warm to cool. From talking to other guests, it seems like this has been an ongoing problem which would have been nice to know ahead of time, as we enjoy using a hot tub after a day of skiing and the availability of four hot tubs was one of the reasons we chose this condo. No other complaints - great location and very responsive owners.

Nice condo close to slopes.
Less than ten minute walk to slopes and were both used. Charter sports with overnight ski storage. Unit was very clean and well appointed. Perfect for two couples and maybe 1 child. We were to aging men so glad to have the two full baths and bedrooms. Premium cable with Netflix and Prime were both used.

Great place to stay!
This is a great place to stay when skiing at Breck. Location is INCREDIBLE, the hot tubs and heated pools are great, and the home is so cozy. If we come to Breck again, we want to stay again. 10/10!

SNOW GOOD!
Fantastic space, clean with all the extras we usually have to drag from home. (Spices, paper towels, dish soap etc). Great location minutes from Peak 9 gondola. This is our 8th year boarding as a family and this BY FAR was the best place we have stayed. Breckenridge has lots to do on and off the mountain. We hope to return next year!

Fantastic Stay in Breckenridge
We had a great time staying for a few days of skiing in Breckenridge. Communication with the owners was fantastic. As others have indicated, it is an incredibly clean and well cared for unit. The neighborhood was great, hot tubs great at the end of the day and heated parking was a nice treat in the snow. The only downside that we saw is similar to what some others have said, it is a pretty good walk to and especially home from the Quicksilver lift on peak 9. It wouldn't have been as much of a problem for just adults, but walking back with kids and gear after a long day on the slopes is a daunting task, especially if you are not used to the elevation. Overall a great experience!

Perfect Holiday Getaway
We loved this beautiful condo. Perfect location. We had everything we needed with a fully stocked kitchen. The owners were pleasant and responsive. The beds were ver comfortable which we appreciated after a long day of skiing or hiking. Nearest ski lifts were about 10 minutes away. We hope to stay here again on our next Breckenridge adventure.

Holiday Getaway
We're a family of 4 who enjoyed a week away at this property over Thanksgiving! Centrally located, there were many outdoor and indoor activities close by. The property itself was clean and well-furnished--everything was available and taken care of. We'll definitely look to stay here again.

Consistently great
This is our second year renting this property. Everything was just as good the second time. Clean and consistent. The location is excellent and the unit is well stocked. Washer & Dryer, short walk to lift and great hot tub/pool complex were key. The owner was very helpful with communication and information for check-in and check-out as well as amenities.

Very Nice Property
Clean, roomy, comfortable. Perfect for a family or two couples. Photos and video are accurate. Kitchen is well appointed. Nice having laundry in the house. Coordination was seamless. We liked it. A few practical pointers. First, it's on the third floor, up 28 relatively narrow steps. The privacy is nice, but yes, there are stairs, so you should consider that, if a concern. Second, despite how some prior reviewers (though not the owner) characterized the location, it is definitely not ski-in, ski-out, not even close. It is a 7-10 minute walk to the Quicksilver Super 6, which gives you quick and easy access to the entire mountain. We put our skis in overnight valet immediately adjacent to the lift, for $15 per night per set. There are also overnight lockers available. All super convenient, but at a cost. Third, the walk to the south end of town (an icy trail via the shortest route) is about 10 minutes. It's another 10 minutes to the center of town, so some walks to restaurants we chose were 20+ minutes. There is a free Main Street Trolley, but you still have to walk to get to the stop, and we found walking the most efficient and practical way to get around. We did not have (or need) a car. It's also a little bit of a walk to the hot tubs (~200 yards outside). There is a changing room, but it was not consistently open. We liked the place a lot and would stay there again. I just think some prior reviewers glossed over the convenience and proximity factors.

Felt like home
The place was exactly as advertised. Very comfortable and convenient to the slopes. We cook on vacation (we know...odd) and this was one of the best equiped homes we have stayed in. Unfortunatley the comforters on the bed would not fit into our suitecases. Very nice!! The indoor parking was also a nice addition. Great location, clean, convenient
This place suited us very well. It was plenty large for a family of 4 (with 2 adult children). The kitchen is extremely well stocked and the place well laid out. The indoor parking spot is great and the pool/hot tub is a 100 feet from the condo. Getting to the lifts is about a 5-7 minute walk so it's not ski in/out and the walk to Main St is also 5 -7 minutes. Super location. The only reason I didn't rate it 5 stars is that the appliances are a bit dated with the washer/dryer being super small and old. Other than that, we loved our time and Stan's son was super responsive.

Just what we needed
The property was perfect for our needs. It was a short walk to a lift as well as town. The hot tub and pool were perfect after long days on the mountain. The condo was comfortable and very well appointed in the kitchen.

Great Stay, Great Property
Easy walk to the Quicksilver Chair, makes it an ideal location for skiing / riding. The property was also extremely clean and well maintained. The owner (Stan) was very easy to communicate with, and you can tell he has a pride in ownership. Overall, one of our best VBRO rentals to date! Great vacation
The condo was perfect for our family of 5. Walking distance to ski school and main street shops/restaurants was amazing! The unit had in house laundry which was very helpful to dry the kids ski items each night. It also had legos, card games, a humidifier and a stool for my daughter to use in the bathroom. The mngt team was very responsive and helpful as well. We will definitely be back!

Ski 🎿 Vacation
We really enjoyed our stay here. It was walking distance to everything, including the Quicksilver lift. The gas fireplace was so cozy. King bed was absolutely dreamy!!! The hot tubs were great but would get VERY busy at night, we tried to go earlier in the afternoon. Stan was great with communication. I had a few questions about parking when we got there and his son John, the property manager, got right back to me and was super helpful!! If we find ourselves back in Breckenridge, would absolutely stay here again!!!

Comfortable in the middle of it all
This condo feels more like a cabin with its cozy decor and attention to detail and the fact it is perched on the top floor with a private landing on the 3rd floor with no adjacent unit. Our family enjoyed sitting by the fire while watching the snow fall through the trees and even grilling burgers, Breck brew in hand with snow swirling around the deck, which was a first for me and a total blast! The layout of the place flowed well and our family felt very much at home. The location was very convenient to the slopes as well as downtown Breckenridge. I highly recommend renting ski gear from Charter Sports in the bottom floor of the Marriott hotel, which is very close. Folks are nice and even on Presidents weekend, the small rental location did not feel overcrowded. They let you store your skis and boots, etc. there day and night so you don’t have to carry them up to the condo, also they keep your boots on a warming rack so they are warm and dry, ready for those first tracks. Also the underground parking was very convenient especially with all the snow we got! Carful with taller SUVs, we had a Toyota Sequoia with big snow tires and it cleared the opening by mere inches. I think most normal SUVs should be ok, but just give it consideration. The 3rd floor location (4th if you count the parking garage) should be noted though but it was manageable and worth it for all the condo has to offer! Thanks, Stan for being so responsive and setting up the perfect rental for our family! I would jump at the opportunity to stay again!

Five day stay at Warriors Mark
The condo was great. Bigger than we thought with lots of storage space. Well appointed kitchen and very clean. Everything worked and it was quiet. Hot tubes were hot, clean and just a short walk from the condo. Parking was not a problem. A little hard to find the condo but we showed up in the dark, thus we had a little bit of stumbling around. But once found we were very happy and had a great five days. Very short (maybe 5 minutes) and direct walk to the lifts.

This is a premier location, within short walking distance to downtown restaurants/retail location
We like this unit very much, clean, spaces, well maintained, and furnished. The fireplace gives it a very cozy atmosphere. The Kitchen is well equipped if you plan to cook a full course meal. Tv's and speakers are the lates in technology. YFI works great and so my overll rating is a solid 5 star.

This property was amazing in many ways: location, sleeping arrangements, smart TV, cleanliness, kitchen. My 4 friends and I had a great experience here with only a 5 minute walk to the nearest lift or to town, the location was prime.

Great Location!

When we purchased the unit years ago, our aim was to provide a location and amenities that would make it an ideal vacation event We continue to upgrade and make changes as needed. The location we selected is an ideal vacation spot, since it is walking distance to: skiing - peak 9, downtown shopping, restaurants, indoor and outdoor activities etc. etc. The Summit Daily newspaper (online & paper copies are available free throughout town and provide a wealth of information for visitors as well as, locals on all topics. Wonderful place for a family of four
Our family really enjoyed this property for a two week vacation in June! It was spacious, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The sun deck and proximity to the community pool were especially nice! Breckinridge restaurants and shops were only a short stroll away, but this place is still quiet.

Great condo
Our family of 4 really enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was very clean and comfortable. Beds, furniture, appliances, cookware and dishes were all in good condition. Great vacation!
Colorado in the summer is our happy place! Stans condo is perfection location, trails right as you step outside to minutes from even the most difficult. The condo was in excellent condition, fully stocked kitchen. Having a washer/dryer in the init was a HUGE benefit. The rooftop unit made every meal shared in the great outdoors! Was one of the best family vacations, so many incredible memories made. Thank you, Stan for opening your home to us!

Great location and accomodation
We loved so much about this property. The location was great, quiet, but close and easy access to Main street. The condo is just as pictured, nice size, clean, with all the comforts of home. We ate in quite a bit, and found the kitchen to be well stocked with the things we needed to cook, prepare and store food. Stan was a great communicator, and everything ran smoothly.

First time visitors in Colorado!
Location was superb! I went with my brother and we are beginners (now maybe intermediate :)) skiers. I was a bit anxious since it was my first time in Colorado and we had to drive to Breckenridge. The property was in a good spot bc you can ski in and out to the resort! The cabin was pristine, cozy, quiet, everything we needed for a break. Just maybe two suggestions. If the check out could be 11-12 pm would be more convenient, although we knew this in advance. This is not criticism, just a suggestion. Maybe a little map explaining how to get to the nearest lift would be good for first time visitors. We drove at first and got to know the town and found out we could easily ski into the resort. I almost forget that having a semi heated garage is priceless! I was very happy with the pick! P

Great Location and Excellent Condo
This is an excellent condo within 200' of the Quicksilver chair lift at the Base of Peak 9 in Breck. It is also three blocks from Brekc main street and the shuttle picks up right next door at the Marriott. The condo is well equipped and a great place to stay. The owner, Stan provided lots of information about the accomodations, we will be coming back!

Christmas in Breckenridge
We had a wonderful time staying at Warrior's Mark in Breckenridge for the week of Christmas. The owner kept us up to date with the latest Covid guidelines for the area and was very responsive for my many questions. There was a Christmas tree with lights that made us feel at home too! The fireplace was an added bonus and when it stopped working one morning, the owner had it repaired in a few short hours. The walk to the lifts is about 7 minutes and the walk to downtown is about the same. Very easy to get around by walking everywhere. You will need transportation to the grocery store, but that's about it. We will be repeat customers for sure!

Penthouse Snow Adventure
This was wonderful condo to stay in. It was very child friendly. It has a side balcony that filled with snow that my son was able to play in. Parking in a garage was wonderful with snow falling. So no ice or snow on your vehicle. With covid I realized a bit to late that you need to schedule an appointment for the hot tub about 2 days in advance. It was all booked by the time, I thought about it. So not getting in the hottub was the only downfall. So pre-plan! It is wonderful close to the slopes! I would rent it again no question.

I also agree with your comments on making pool reservations early for the use of the pool facility, especially during the busy seasons. Fabulous condo in great location
What a wonderful stay! Stan is a responsive and very helpful host. His space was immaculate and very comfortably furnished. We loved being just steps from restaurants and shops. The rooftop patio was a great place to work, relax, and enjoy the bright sunshine. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils and dishes. Our master bed was super comfortable, and the unit was very quiet. There is a small stacked washer & dryer in the unit which was quite convenient. We would return to this unit without hesitation!
