Location was difficult to find in the beginning. Check in process was an absolute pain, waited 30 min for the front desk people to check us in, had to call the host for check in. Arrive to the room and we find random red stains across the room. On the pullout mattress, shower curtain, pillow cases. My buddy who i was traveling with had to get a air mattress. Controls on the shower were completely reversed making it very confusing and irritating. We had to get our key cards replaced twice because they would randomly stop working. The host overall was great, responsive, and when i needed help from her she was on it and made sure i got it. But i just think the hotel itself and its employees really need to step up their game and actually clean their rooms properly.
