Great location!
Location was fantastic for a few days of skiing. Having a garage spot was also a huge plus. Unit was clean and had everything we needed. The property is large and a bit confusing to navigate, but the maps at check in were a huge help!

Perfect location
Such a great location with easy access to the room. The hot tub and pool were about a 3 minute walk outside which was kind of a bummer but nothing you can do about that. Room had everything we needed and was clean and spacious given its layout. Our only suggestion would be to upgrade the bed. It was a bit warm despite a foam pad on top. Will definitely stay again though!

Cute Studio
Cute studio is in a great location by the Quicksilver lift and Crepe truck / coffee / restaurants / charcuterie / stores / bars / brewery etc. Fire place set a great ambiance in the room. Bathroom and bed were very spacious. My sister and I had a great time and would stay again.

Awesome spot!
Listing is very accurate. Great central location. About a 8 minute walk to the ski lift and directly across the street from restaraunts and the heart or downtown. I didn't think the place was outdated or anything but the table is wobbly and the window needs a curtain to block out the light in the early morning. The access to the hotubs and pool was amazing. I stayed at Beaver Run last year and prefer this location. Would stay here again!

The inside of this condo needs love and care too many things inside are falling apart or just simply old. We would have enjoyed a table that wasn’t broken and the chair seat covers are all torn. The pillows and mattress are old and it was hard to sleep all week long I guess for short stays it’s ok but not for a week long stay for the price we paid. Dishwasher is looking sad and the whole place just needs some TLC. We did enjoy the fireplace and location.

Great Stay!
The place is fairly small - but the advert is 100% acurate - the whole process was easy to go ski. Charter sports will hold the boots and skis' for you if you rent from there - easy walk to the lifts. Would def recommend.

Great stay right on Main Street
Great location and property. Perfect spot if you want to be in the thick of things. Was really nice on a busy weekend to be able walk out your door into town w/o having to find parking. Only complaint is that it was difficult to find check in location(no marking on main building) and the door outside of the balcony that exited from garage was sooo loud. Let's say it was not a soft close and late at night when people are coming back from a night on the town it sounded like a gun shot.

Perfect Location
Stayed fro a friends birthday trip. Just a quick getaway and this place couldn't be more perfect. The location to shops and restaurants was exactly what we were looking for. Loved the hot tubs. Check in process was easy. Only thing is the parking garage was a tad confusing, but we got it. The room was exactly like the pictures.

Room smells.
As soon as we walked in we were greeted by a strong smell of fish. We contacted the owner. She came with two cheap air freshers. She did not seem surprised at the smell. It never went away all week. We washed all the sheets, pillowcases, and towels. Sprayed everything, even cooked bacon to try and cover. It did get better but came back. On the Tuesday we found out that the trash storage for the buildings is on the ground floor below the room. In fact I was woken at 2am by one truck emptying the rubbish skips. So maybe the smell is coming from there. Ruined our trip. Not what we expected when we pay this much for a stay. Owner never contacted us to see if the smell had gone or offered to send around cleaner. Room was good size. Bed was very old and had a foam make up layer on it. Not comfortable. Again, at this price I would expect a decent bed. Location is very good. But note ski storage is a 10 minute walk upstairs to the lift. Swimming pool and hot tub 5 min walk. Pool and hot tubs were good. Car park is good, but small.

Sorry, I don’t know what you were smelling. There was no smell in the condo when I brought the room fresheners, and there was no smell upon check-out. The garage trash location is 3 floors below the condo, and not underneath this condo, but in the opposite direction, far away, after the elevator. The 5 year old mattress is firm with a memory foam topper.

The condo is small but very pretty. Even though there were 4 of us it accommodated us so well. It was very well appointed. The location was awesome especially since we were taking the boys skiing and we all had equipment to carry buy having the valet ski place and rentals right there. We would stay again.

Great location, one problem
I stayed at this property with my 3 young kids for a weekend of skiing. Checkin was easy, love the underground parking. The room is in a great location and looks just as advertised. We went to the pool/hot tubs and had a great time. The kitchen has everything for easy to cook meals. Overall it was nice. The problem we had (and one that would prevent us from booking this place again) is the the room is VERY bright at night when trying to sleep. The blinds covering the sliding door and the window do not block light in any capacity so my kids and I had a very difficult time falling asleep. You can see TV's across the village through the blinds. If you need a dark room, this might be a problem for you. Other than that this place is a great spot and overall we enjoyed our stay.

1st time visitors to Breck
Property is in a great location. The building is clean and quiet. The unit was perfect for two people. Only interacted with front desk staff once and they didn’t explain the parking or our unit location well. We ended up in the wrong building but other tenants were very helpful and we found our way. Make sure you know which building and how to find correct parking area in ramp and then it’s perfect from there!

Great view and location
Studio was really nice. Inside of building was quiet. Breeze and sound of the water flowing downstream from outside were soothing during the night. Loved the location. Everything we needed was within walking distance.

We liked the condo and the location. It was clean and manager the had great communication. The only negatives were it was too warm at night, even with 2 fans going and slider left open. There was no screen so a few flies came in and it was also a bit loud below us on the weekend. I felt the condo lacked storage as well, just one tall narrow dresser and really no other place to unpack but a small closet.

Location was difficult to find in the beginning. Check in process was an absolute pain, waited 30 min for the front desk people to check us in, had to call the host for check in. Arrive to the room and we find random red stains across the room. On the pullout mattress, shower curtain, pillow cases. My buddy who i was traveling with had to get a air mattress. Controls on the shower were completely reversed making it very confusing and irritating. We had to get our key cards replaced twice because they would randomly stop working. The host overall was great, responsive, and when i needed help from her she was on it and made sure i got it. But i just think the hotel itself and its employees really need to step up their game and actually clean their rooms properly.

So sorry for your inconvenience. Please call me immediately, and I will take care of any problems. My cleaner did not report any red stains to me. I email every guest complete, detailed instructions on how to find the condo. All of the electronic locks have been replaced in the building and condo as of November, 2022.

Great Room! Great Location!
The location was ideal; close to slopes and close to shops/restaurants. Room was spotless and perfect with all amenities needed. The bed was so comfy I wanted to take it home! Only negative was with the facility which is clearly not the owners fault. Note: when ski resort scans your ski pass it seems to demagnetize your room key so you need to go to lobby and re-magnetize it.

Clean, Cozy, Convenient to Main St & Pk 9
Place is well located in a Breck Marketplace that includes Restaurants and shops but is very quiet. Good view of the mountains and convenient for Breck (no need to park at hi volume Breck parking lots) and Breck Main street shops and bars. Place is very clean, cozy and Kim was responsive in her communication. Excellent mattress (Tempurpedic?) after a hard day of skiing.

Great location…very comfortable bed and very useful fireplace.. Bathroom towels were much nicer than usually found in VRBO’s. Careful in the shower though as H means cold and C means hot for some reason.

Great stay in Breck!
Close to so many amenities and the lifts! The check in process was somewhat difficult since we couldn’t find the front desk easily. The room is in a separate building as the check in building so lots of walking, but it was overall a nice location and stay. The room was clean and well stocked with the basics. We loved the area and will be planning another trip back soon! Thank you!

Perfect Short Stay
This unit was perfectly located. It is a ~5 minute walk (or less) to the slope 9 chair. It had beautiful views out of the windows and the host was easy to work with. If you stay here you get 30% off your ski rentals with Charter Sports downstairs (they do free ski valet regardless of where you rent from) and I wish I knew that earlier. Check in was easy and you are in the heart of downtown so you can walk to a number of bars and restaurants.

Great location - a lot of things close by. Nice setup for small family or couple.
Great all around! The place was very clean, had a fully stocked kitchen, nice fireplace (gets hot fast) to warm things up. Really close to tons of restaurants and retail shopping, and walking distance to the rest of the town of Breck. We loved it here!

Location made it worth it
building set up was weird and inconvenient. the front desk was difficult to get to as it wasn’t connected to the building the rooms were in. same with pool and hot tubs. we didn’t want to walk that far just to get in the hot tub and have to walk all the way back wet in negative degrees. we had no hot water for the first day and a half. no communication between the building and the “host” of our room. just overall weird place. only thing worth it was that it’s on main street so we didn’t have to drive anywhere.

Please call me if there are any problems, so that I can get them resolved. There are changing rooms/bathrooms at the pool/hot tub area, which is next door to the condo.

Positives: Great location at the edge of downtown Breckenridge. Excellent for restaurants, shopping, brewery. Downtown is walkable from property. Underground parking was a plus. Negatives: bed topper was too soft for our comfort; common areas of property were old and in need of updating (elevator, hallways).

Breck getaway
The pool was amazing. Quiet, 4 hot tubs and plenty of lounge chairs and umbrellas to get out of the intense high altitude rays. The sounds of the river at night were very tranquil.
