“Great clean place, really terrible neighborhood”

“Our modern, one-bedroom home was terrifically thought out, comfortable and well located for our 10 day stay. Fully equipped and very clean. We even managed an over-night by our granddaughters (8 & 5). Small yard allowed our dog to stretch and for us to take in the sun. Dedicated parking removed that hassle. Quiet neighborhood close to stores and convenient to Sausalito to Mill Valley. We'll be happy to return.”

“Wonderful neighborhood close to 24th and transportation. Had everything. Closet space is a bit awkward - they could move some stuff to supply closet. But perfect for 1-2 people. Loved the view to the garden. Chickens are quiet. Enjoyable stay. WIsh I could have stayed longer!”

“You could not ask for a better location with proximity to the beach and town but unfortunately the property was not accurately disclosed. The property was not secured when we arrived. Multiple windows were open including one that doesn’t have any lock and could never be secured. This meant that we didn’t feel comfortable keeping valuables in the property when on the beach or exploring town. When we entered we immediately could smell a musty mold smell and the front half of the house facing……

“Loved staying here. Great location. Close to Muni stops. Communication with host is excellent. The garden, just outside the back door, is gorgeous and very relaxing (was a bit cold during our stay so didn't get to use it much). Spacious and clean bathroom. Comfy queen bed. Nice library available (common area, so have to share it with other guests). Decent Wifi. Easy check in/out. Would definitely stay here again.”

“My husband and I along with our grown sons enjoyed our stay in this North Beach home. The house is within walking distance to restaurants, bars and coffee shops. The location is only a 10 minute walk to the Fisherman's Wharf. Super convenient and with a garage it makes parking a beeeze! (As long as you don't have a big SUV). Definitely would stay here again.”

“I loved being in earshot of the ocean, easy walking distance to the beach. It's not a fancy house--one big rooms, windows stick when you try to open them, basic yard landscaping. For a writing retreat like I was on, though, it was perfect.”

“Amazing views and great space, steps from the ocean. Plenty of room to spread out and relax. Parking and getting in are a little confusing (there are multiple units) but everything else was great! Note that this is a still-active event space, so check out can be early (10 AM) if they have something scheduled.”

“I loved this VRBO! It’s the perfect location if you want to be close to the city but not in the city! The posting is just as listed: gorgeous views, very clean and lots of privacy! I loved how there are 3 bedrooms and 3 full baths. I also loved the kitchen as we were able to cook ourselves our own meal. The only downfall may be the amount of stairs that you walk up and down, but the beautiful views just overtake that flaw! I highly recommend staying here! The host communicated great and had……

“Only on TV in one bedroom really needs to Tvs, one in each bedroom room. Otherwise, was perfect for what we needed it for our stay in the area. ”

“This split level house was clean and had the feel of being recently redone. The pictures were spot on. Great view of mountains out back, and of the ocean driving into town. Easy commute to San Franciso area. Very quiet neighborhood.”

“We enjoyed our stay and the location was perfect and within walking distance to Caltrain, shops, restaurants, library, Starbucks and Safeway. Check-in was smooth and host was super attentive and helpful prior to our stay. There was plenty of natural day light and windows to open which allowed for a lovely breeze throughout the day. The windows are double-pane and help reduce the street noise and train whistle (which brings back fond childhood memories). I always travel with disposable earplugs……

“First let me say, we had a great time at this property. This is a small house in the city. Great location. We could walk to restaurants and play pickleball at the playground next store. It had three good size bedrooms, with super comfy beds. Only one real bathroom and shower, as the second bathroom was tiny and only had a toilet. But we managed to make it work, once we figured out how to get the hot water. I finally broke down on the second day and messaged the host, and he responded very……
