“The carpet was dirty as if it had not been vacuumed. Perhaps stuff blew in between the door and the jam where there was a 1/4 inch space. Putting the two pillows into one case might have made one good pillow. The curtains are hung so that the blackouts cannot be closed. ”

“The house had plenty of room for me and my 8 friends (and 5 bathrooms helps a lot). The lot is semi-secluded with a big yard on the lake. This was the second time we have stayed there and will definitely be going back.”

“We were attending a wedding in the area so we’re looking for a VRBO for us and several family members to stay. This is a gem of a place for families to enjoy- inside and out! We loved sitting on the back patio watching the sunset, as well as hanging out on the large sectional in the living room enjoying the view. Would be great for a longer stay- I just wish we had more than a weekend wedding planned. Joe and Nancy are great hosts.”

“First I am normally not a complainer. I have also stayed in many VRBOs. All very positive experiences.I was expecting rustic because this place looked dated. However upon arrival there is an odor in the home that could not clearly be explained. We bought candles to help with the smell. It is supposed to be supplied with enough towels and wash clothes for 13 guests. It is not. They are working on flooring up stairs so one room was subfloor. Not completed. The bedroom closets were filled with……

“We needed a home base for our daughter's wedding in St. Peter. This was perfect. It is a beautiful property, it was the place of peace we needed.”

“The pictures were accurate and not misleading. However, what should have been included in the overall description is that when you wash dishes you have to do them in buckets in the sink. Then take the buckets outside and dump the water. The note left by the host also said do not take long showers because the holding tank can fill up and a very loud siren will go off.
