"Towels were replaced every day, even if we hung them up to indicate wanting to reuse. Everything was clean and comfortable. But a bit of spray and clean of some bathroom walls is required. The access to public transport was great, also the staff, ambience, and onsite coffee shop. The option to checkout for a fee is also very good and reasonable. "Yes, I would recommend this hotel for a stay. Older but well maintained - it’s a taste of classic Bangkok at a reasonable price. Rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. Wifi wasn’t a success for me and the pool was closed during my stay but the impressive views from my room and the roof are great! Unique gym!Breakfast cafe open in the morning. Quick check-in, unique elements, good vibe will have me return. Bang Sue is the closest MRT so you’re a little further out from the city centre(s)....

"I stay in Shangri La bangkok on 13 May 2024...front office staff helpful ! Breakfast oso not bad...the hotel ferry to ICON Siam good idea but ended up 5.30pm evening too early, last ferry shld be ending 7pm or 7 30pm from ICON Siam much convenient for hotel guest...at least let hotel guest finished their dinner n take last ferry ride 7pm or 7.30pm better...5.30pm ferry ride too early...otherwise hotel is good ! I m from Singapore. "
