"Great service. Guy at front desk was extremely friendly and got us checked in three hours early and gave us a complimentary room upgrade. The room was amazing. It was a corner room with floor to ceiling windows. Great view. The bed was comfortable and the shower is huge with great water pressure. The bathroom is small but fine for our needs. The location was perfect for us. Walking distance to most of the places we wanted to visit. And the area seemed safe and clean. We will definitely book again on our next trip to Chicago. "

"The Hilton lived up to my expectations! It was clean, quiet, and very conveniently located. There were stores nearby for snacks and lots of restaurants. We even checked out Howl at the Moon, a dueling piano bar nearby that was lots of fun. I would absolutely stay at this Hilton again if in Chicago for theater and sightseeing. Tip" If you want to see Mama Mia, you can go to the theater when it opens at either 10 Am or noon, and they sell the remaining tickets for $49. We ended up with 3 row center orchestra tickets for the matinee! "
