Appreciated the easy of self serve check in and checkout. Did not have to stand in line. Only complaint is that the wait time for elevators is too long. Number iof elevators do not support number of guests

Very confusing at arrival but staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean but in poor condition (ripped couch, old mattress, tv kept glitching and turning off, water refill station was broken on our floor). After our room was cleaned I found my toothbrush on the floor in the shower. People next to us had a dog that barked and I was not aware this was a pet friendly hotel. Awesome Nespresso coffee in the room which was a huge plus.

Absolutely loved our one night stay here! The building is beautiful, the room was so clean and modern, the view of the river was spectacular and the check in/out process was as easy and fast as can be! Super close to all restaurants, bars, and stores. Definitely will be staying here again!

This room is terrible. It's taken five hours for the temperature to drop four degrees. We are already out of towels and our request for more has already taken over an hour. The only good thing about this place is the view.

Excellent location to stay. Toilet not flushing even after maintenance crew support. Coffee machine at floor 2 taste good unfortunately it came warm every single time. Parking is 3 blocks away but for us was OK, the only issue is that the staff on parking lot seemed not to know or where not trained about the hotel ticketing process. Staff at the hotel where very kind and able to support in English/spanish

We enjoyed our stay, great area within walking distance of shopping, food and activities. The room was clean and comfortable (standard room). The facility offers valet parking for a fee. The staff was friendly. The only downside was the small shower. Overall, I would recommend this hotel as a budget friendly option to enjoy Chicago.

It's a nice hotel. Classic building so don't expect big rooms, and the elevator is over taxes so you might have to wait your turn. Still, location is excellent and staff are great. Good value that's for sure.

Was adequate for an 80 year old man for an overnight. The room was clean, as were the sheets. I'd stay there again. The one drawback was the hotel across the river with 5 large letters for all to see: TRUMP.

Very clean. Nice functional room. There was no luggage rack but a very easy to set up ironing board did the trick. I would definitely stay at this hotel again. The location is fabulous!

The staff went above and beyond, eased our mind with directions and provided us with an umbrella during the rain to walk from the garage to the hotel. They made our first time visit to Chicago seam easy, gave great recommendations to see the view and places to eat and directions.

Absolutely perfect, centrally located in the heart of downtown there is no lack of options for dining or entertainment, with river access directly out of the front door of the hotel there’s not much more you can ask for. 10/10

Smooth check-in process. Room was small but that was expected. We liked the refillable water bottle idea. Bed was super comfy. Only thing is I wish this place had larger windows. With that said, location was perfect to all nearby attractions.
