The hotel did smell of bleach which means it’s been clean, but it was at times overwhelming.

Nothing about this stay made me welcomed. The front desk staff is literally the blandest set of people I have seen. They aren’t helpful or welcoming at all. Not once did I see them greet myself or anyone with a smile. They act like you are pulling teeth when you have a question or concern. I stayed at this particular place for 3 night and not once did they do room service. I have stayed in plenty of places before and I have never experienced this. Then, the last day they knock at 8am asking if they could clean the room. Almost like it was done on purpose to say they did offer room service. My room key also stopped working a whole night prior to me leaving as well. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. They have nothing to offer.

The Godfrey hotel was great! I wish I could have checked out the rooftop bar, but had other plans. I didnt have room staff clean the room, as I didn't need it till I left. But, my room staff, gal, asked if I needed anything, and I said water. And five minutes or less, she went downstairs, and brought two bottles to me! That is top notch service. I am sorry, I didn't get her name or see her again to give her a tip. I hope she gets recognized for her fine work. The front desk was also, incredibly helpful with my questions and concerns. Thank you all

Hotel was great for a night- I was bummed to only learn their bar was rented out for an event after I arrived (as I choose this hotel based on the bar/ restaurant option), but lots of amazing food options near by! The room was VERY spacious- would recommend!
