“Actually stuff are very kind and helpful. But they need a good team management , and Actually they have a lot of problems. First they did not find me at aeroport (I have reserved aeroport pickup service), and they refuse to give me innvoice when I check out, I really do very Bad impression here.”

“Le cadre immédiat de l'hotel n'est pas fameux mais pratique car à côté de l'aéroport. Le secteur est actuellement en travaux donc prévoyez les bouchons dans les heures de pointes. L'intérieur de l'hotel est parfait par contre. Propre, soigné et confortable. Le petit déjeuner est complet et généreux, en plus d'être bon. La piscine est vraiment belle et l'hotel possède bon nombre de service.”

“I stayed in Ivotel during my solo travel to Abidjan. Overall the experience was great but some things were lacking. I took advantage of the airport shuttle, I was expecting a staff at the airport since I already provided my arrival details, I had to buy a SIM card at the airport to call the hotel before someone came. Now my room, my room was quite spacious, aesthetically pleasing and comfortable. However, there was a gutter (drainage) smell I noticed everytime I entered the room, your nose……
