“Worst hotel ever. We have paid the price in advance but the reception told us we haven’t paid for the hotel and asked us to pay again. Didn’t even apologise after the reception found out she was wrong. We have booked for 3 people with an extra bed but the room type was wrong. No extra bed, no extra amenities, no extra slippers etc. Have talked to the manager about the issue who was extremely unhelpful at all. After repetitive demands and waiting for a long time, we finally got changed to a new……

“1. 第一天由維也納到布拉格時間已經晚了，當在櫃檯check in 時，飯店告知沒有房間，另外已在別處安排飯店所屬的公寓先居住一晚，雖然公寓空間大些、舒適度也有些，但因沒有事先告知，心裏感覺不是很👌。 2. 飯店沒有提供熱水店壺，無法有熱水可使用，令人感到十分不便利。”

“It was located at central city, facilities of the the room was very new, but bathroom didn’t have a good ventilation system, also our room was facing the other building”s wall.”

“It’s conveniently located. It’s easy to go around town by tram or metro. The room was very spacious, plus there’s a small balcony in the room. The lobby staff was very helpful in showing us directions to various sightseeing spots. Prague is very beautiful and we had a very pleasant stay.”

“ This is my first time to comment a hotel. Honestly, the location is very nice. I book 2 rooms and stayed 4 nights in this hotel. One of the bed room doesn’t have exhaust fan in the bathroom and toilet, and the door of the bathroom is out of shape, we can’t close the door. Our bedroom is on the ground floor, the windows are close to the street, it was very noisy at the midnight. It was rainy when we checked out, there is no roof between our rooms and the lobby.
