“The evening bartender was wonderful, helpful and very professional. He made our first night a six star. The concierge was not so attentive, a little young and inexperienced. The room, pool, hot tubs, housekeeping staff, all perfect. Will come again.”

“Great location in that it is walkable to everything on Main St. The hot tubs were really nice. Only issue was the room was a little warm and the thermostat didn’t really adjust. Luckily it was cool outside and we were able to open the window.”

“Every thing was fantastic, except the hot tub and pool heater was broken. Fortunately the weather was super hot so it didn't really affect anything. Due to proximity to Union Station there was a noticable homeless presence, but thats no fault on Sentral's. Staff were amazing. When our airline lost my bag, they were very accommodating in accepting the delivery and notifying me it had arrived.”

“Great stay at river mountain lodge . Our room faced the stream. We would keep the door slightly open to listen to the rushing water. It was relaxing. We didn’t use any amenities at the property but there was coffee and tea in lobby which we took advantage of. Apartment was clean and well stocked. Easy walk to restaurants and stores. Not sure about skiing set up,as we were there in fall. ”
