“Wir hatten einen sehr schönem Aufenthalt.Die Villa ist großzügig geschnitten und hat eine sehr gute Aufteilung der Schlafzimmer für 4 Personen. Auto oder Roller sind ein unbedingtes muss ,da die Straßen am Hang sehr steil sind. Die Küche hat alles was man benötigt.Die Badezimmer sind geräumig.Alle 4 Tage wurden gereinigt und die Bettwäsche ,Handtücher/Pooltücher gewechselt.Die Terrasse und der große Pool haben einen wunderschönen Blick auf das Wasser und die Umgebung. “The Villa is beautiful and has everything you need for an enjoyable stay. If you can find a taxi that will drive up the driveway, keep their number lol. We did not have water the entire first day and struggled to get in contact to have it fixed. The electricity is brutally expensive. 5 nights was the equivalent electricity cost i spend in my house in 3 months. Either buy food to come back and cook or eat out because trying to get a delivery company to deliver is next to impossible. Place was……

“Es wurde im Vornherein einfach und geradlinig kommuniziert. Sehr hilfsbereite Gastgeber. Die Anlage ist paradiesisch und in einem sehr gepflegten Zustand. Hier findet man noch ein wenig das Koh Samui der vergangenen Jahre. Komme hoffentlich bald wieder.”

“Wir waren zu zweit über Neujahr 2023/2024 für 10 Tage in der Unterkunft. Pranom hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen und war ein toller Gastgeber. Allerdings gibt es folgende Punkte zu beachten. In der Beschreibung wird ein kostenfreies Auto für die Dauer des Aufenthaltes angeboten. Das gibt es leider nicht. Und das nach Auskunft der Gastgeberin seit Jahren. Das wäre ein Übersetzungsfehler auf der Fewo Direkt Plattform. Wir müssten das mit Fewo abklären ?! Nein, müssen wir nicht. Das ist Aufgabe……

“Overall it was alright. Visible cracks in the walls in our villa but it was quite comfortable. Not walkable or close to anything as it’s up a very steep hill that the local taxi drivers are hesitant to drive up. As of mid September 2022 it cost 500baht each way out into town and back, which is very expensive for Thailand. Could not book rideshare (grab) anywhere on the island and was essentially stuck in the house on the first night when it was raining. Ended up renting motorcycles and parking……

“The house and neighbourhood are a little way up on a hill. It’s far enough from the busy part of Lamai to be quiet but close enough to be easy to get to everything in the area. The rooms are nicely done and the main living area has a nice kitchen with a dining table and bbq if needed. The sounds system is great and the pool is good for lounging. Use of a car is a bonus. It makes the trip for groceries a breeze. Going for dinner was easy. Getting a Grab taxi was easy as well if the plan is to……
