“We had a short stay at this cottage. It was well appointed, bright and the outside area is fantastic for relaxing. There are doors separating every room which makes it convenient for cutting down noise if you have multiple people staying there. The pub in Steeple Ashton was fantastic (The Longs). The one and only drawback was the strength of the smell of the (I assume) cleaning products. In trying to air out the smell, we discovered that the second room's window was impossible to open and……

“We were a hen party of 12 staying at Trimnells. From the moment we booked Susan was fantastic. Nothing was ever to much trouble for her. She was so informative, giving us lots of information about Taxi’s and local amenities. House was lovely, clean and tidy. Kitchen was very well equipped. Rooms were large and the beds were very comfortable. We had everything we needed for a large group. Mark met us on arrival and showed us around. We shortly met Susan after. “A great stay in a convenient location for myself, wife, and two adult children. Home was easy to find and spotlessly clean. The facilities included two bathrooms (one had a bath but no shower) as well as fast WiFi and a good-sized TV. Communication with the host was always incredibly fast and I even messed up the payment schedule and they were understanding. There are a number of items in the house that are geared towards younger children which I can imagine would be well received. I would……

“We had a fantastic time here, albeit a short stay. There was bread and milk in each of the 3 accomodations, which was a lovely suprise. When we had a problem with the electrics (following a storm) we were helped promptly. And the little additions like complimentary slippers and pool towels were lovely. Good selection of equipment and crockery in the kitchen. We’d love to come and stay again.”

“From beginning to the end Catherine and Thomas have been brilliant. We arrived early and Catherine said we could go straight to the cottage, ( which with a 2 and half year old) saved us having to find somewhere to hang around for a couple of hours. As the other cottage wasnt being used at the time we were able to adjust our booking times of the pool if we needed to. The place itself is beautiful and has everything you need. Catherine even made us home made scones with jam and cream, milk, butter……
