My daughter enjoyed the heated pool and jacussi. Everything about the hotel was perfect--though I have two suggestions: 1) my mattress was too soft--it would be great if the hotel could provide a futon upon request; 2) the hotel has only 2 washing machines and 2 dryers--not enough for such a big hotel.
