“Room was very spacious, staff was friendly and helpful, great location - 5~10 mins walk to Robson street, 5 mins walk to Vancouver Habour. Would definitely stay in this hotel again.”
“The front desk is not very agreesieve to solve the issue for customer. I booked the hotel via agent and the package is breakfast included.
I show the confirmation later and also the member card. But the front desk only keep saying that they didn’t see that info from their record. They only asked me to solve this via my agent and not willing to help to double check in their side.
This is bad experience and I won’t stay again. ”
“We stayed for 5 nights in the Fairmont Pacific Rim hotel in Vancouver to celebrate our 10th anniversary. However the hotel quality is not as good as expected. The lamp and the phone is full of dust! The tea and the puff is not filling up properly; the filled up shampoo and soup just scatter around the mirror area, instead of putting properly in the shower room!”
