“Very beautiful property and grounds. Parking very accessible. However stairs, no elevator for 2nd floor room. Room was excellent, clean, newly renovated. The Only restaurant could not accommodate us dinner, due to only one server. The bar is open for bar food. (reason for 3 stars. We needed to go off property for dinner). ”

“The management of this hotel is appalling. Before I checked in, I filled out the 6 PM room service according to the form given by the front desk, but they were not only 30 minutes late but the fruit was still rotten. And their dinner delivery system is not cheap and not worth it. The service charge adds up to $20 but they just deliver the food to the door and walk away. They also charge vacation fees! There was a problem with the bath's massage system and we had to turn off the bath to prevent……
“Overall good experience. The staff was helpful and kind. They were still transitioning to the transfer of owners so there were a few hiccups with our key cards and price of the rooms, but nothing they couldn’t fix. Night staff was even better! ”
