“Great unit! Spacious and clean. We were able to have the best family mini vacay sharing tons of laughs and memories. I believe it is family owned, which is a bonus for us. We even crossed paths with the grandmother who was very kind and accommodating. The only downside was that the neighborhood looked a bit rough in the harsh light of day. However, we only encountered polite neighbors and an adorable doggo next door.”

“The manager had unbelievable communication. He has his phone with him constantly and responds immediately. It's a good walking neighborhood lots of sidewalks and pleasant surroundings. The condo itself is exceptionally clean. For the price in that neighborhood it is a very good value.”

“Our team had a one day conference in Chicago. Although it was near the highway it wasn't very loud. Decent neighborhood and the good part is that it was near the highway. Lower level bed is uncomfortable, no other way to say that. I still give it 5-stars as it is as advertised. Communication with owner was timely.”

“I'm a seminary student, and I came into town for an intensive class. So, I was really only in the space in the evenings, but it was comfy. The location is amazing!!! The studio apartment was decently clean. The projector is VERY cool. There were a few details I could not find instructions for, like where to take the garbage out when I was on my way out. But I left a message for the owner and they were good about it. I would stay again. Recommend.”

“Relaxing, quiet and clean neighborhood. Love the retro decor. Kitchen is well equipped for those that might want to cook. A few branches were down in backyard, furniture wasn't set out yet such as outdoor dining table and chairs or gazebo, but overall property was in good condition. Thank you for a relaxing place to stay.”

“We had an excellent stay. The location was perfect for us. We walked to Wrigley Field to watch a couple games. The accommodation is super close to hop onto the train to get us downtown and to the airport. Great neighborhood. Bartolommeo Pizza just around the corner, excellent pizza. The suite is exactly as it is in the photos. Very comfortable with everything we needed. Would definitely book again.”

“we were a group of seven, aged 18 months to 66 years. the flat was great. with the three bedrooms, queen beds in two rooms, two twins in the other, plus a pack’n play for the youngest, everyone had a comfortable place to sleep. also great that we were able to make breakfast in the mornings! the neighborhood was fantastic! very friendly people, so quiet, plenty of on street parking (no permits required!!!) easy communication with the host. great price! we appreciated the welcome booklet. flat was……

“This apartment was perfect for visiting our daughter at Loyola University. Very close to campus, transportation and food. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. We would stay again!”

“The unit was clean an orderly, however, the old carpet leaves an old mold ordor. I went to a store to purchase Febreze and Air Wick Plug Ins to mask the smell of carpet ordor. The bed linen and towels left a feeling of particialy clean due to the smell of detergent of choice used to clean bed linen and towels. In fact I use Febreze to spray down bed linen and I was unable to wash my face & body with towels and found myself washing towels prior to use, due to I could smell the use of towels of……

“The proximity to Great Lakes Recruitment Center, Sarge’s Meet & Greet, restaurants, etc. is perfect. We were in town for our son’s boot camp graduation and knew we wanted more room to hang out than a typical hotel room would offer. It was great to be able to relax, watch movies, just hang out with our sailor for the precious two days we had. This place has location, location, location if you’re coming in for boot camp graduation.”
