“A nice and convenient place near the town centre. The room is clean, tidy,large enough and equipped with kitchen ware for cooking. Reception is excellent.”

“半公寓模式，checkin前台在別棟，相信照片中較大的房間是地下一層吧，入住時安排了地下一層帶窗的，但畢竟來旅聽到是到下一層也是有點抗拒，沒有去看房直接跟前台說要求給2，3樓(帶露台的)，他們說客滿，但其實我訂房時就知道有地下一習的也要求給高樓層，但還是沒疫安排，最後安排去了4樓，升降機只到3樓，還要拿幾個行李上到4樓，正確來是閣樓吧，走道很小，房間也很小，雖然也是帶有小廚房，但這是英式房除的屋頂，窗子很小地是木板走動起來下層都感覺得到，有點失望，我們在倫敦住一星期，你要親自到前台要求房間清掃才行，而且只是3天一次，洗衣房是收費。但地點的確很方便，綠紅綠地鐵站都有，而且餐廳很多有尤其是廣東菜，可以走路到hyde park~ 可以寄存行李，但鄧是要爬樓梯。。 要是像我們要住很多晚的話，覺得其實還有很多選擇”

“Booking was ok, required fair bit of admin and documents to sent etc, but after that communication was very good. Access was easy, location was great but as many have mentioned it's next to the city's prominent party area so if you don't like noise, then you should not book, for us it was perfect.”

“The apartment was quite central and only a 5 mins walk into the office. The place was clean and easy to access. The staff were amazing from the moment i booked the apartment to check out and a courtesy call after to make sure that they appreciate the booking. Definitely a place to stay again ”

“I think the lower than average price makes it value for money. Parking space not always available, council carpark across the road £5 a day. Kitchen worktops needed replacing as burn marks & laminate peels. Good large tv in lounge & bedroom. ”

“Firstly the good, the property is super clean, nice bed, bathroom, clean kitchen and living room. Also it’s right next to underground stop for easy onward travel. The only thing I didn’t like is that the property isn’t really setup for short term let as except towels and bedding, there is no other items such as cups/glasses/plates/cutlery etc at all in the property.”

“The apartment is best located. It is spacious and clean. Its bed is cosy. Full equipped kitchen. Its staff is friendly. Everything is nice. But some of its hardware failed. The room temperature is controlled by a terribly designed electronic button which does not work easily. With great efforts and over 10 minutes, I slowly moved the cursor from 18.5 degree to 19.8 degree, since each time - if I succeeded in moving the screen’s little man into his box and ordered to move up room……

“Clean, comfortable and it felt secure. Comms all by text, but responsive. Didn’t meet anyone personally. Be aware you will be asked for a deposit by bank transfer which was not highlighted on Expedia - it worked fine and was transferred back to me within 24 hours. Nothing nearby, aside from Aldi. ”

“Good base for the week. Did have a couple of times people trying to get in as they thought it was part of the raptor foundation so had to have the door locked all the time. Walls are very thin so could hear the people next door snoring all night. There is a sign up in the bath room saying after 5days you get fresh linen and towels but this didnt happen, i stayed for 7nights. It would of been nice for the bin to of been emptied in that time as its a tiny bin. Room was nice and big, same with the……

“Fantastic stay, within walking distance of station and city centre and easy to get Uber to reach building society arena. Apartment as shown in photos with lovely soft bah sheets and tea and coffee provided Quick and easy check in and check out ”

“Not recommended for those who got large luggage. I got assigned to the 5th floor, but the elevator only reach to 4th floor. I need to carry the large luggage from 4th floor. Because of my schedule change, I arrive London one day late, I send email to inform them I will arrive at the next morning. The staff replied the email to inform me that they help me to cancel my order. Luckily I received the order cancel email after I arrived. I have no idea why I inform them about my late arrival time……

“很棒的公寓式酒店,裝潢新穎,有電梯,有浴缸,有洗衣機,有微波爐兼烤箱,離綠色區域線跟藍色迪卡皮利線地鐵站走路只要5分鐘,也有很多家超商跟速食店..整個倫敦自由行超推薦.(但是不含打掃..住12晚送1次打掃..這樣其實很夠了)”
