“Nice place to stay my 2nd time staying ”

“We were there looking for homes to relocate. We loved the place, and, didn’t find a home so we will be back, and stay there again.”

“We had an amazing 4 days at this wonderful property. It was the perfect place to explore the area and unwind on the lake. Easy access to the Soda City Market, The State House, Riverwalk, Antique Mall, Congaree National Park. The sunset cruise they provide was fantastic. Kerri and Randy were excellent hosts. We made some new friends. This was a 5 star experience.”

“This tiny house gives the feeling of the mountains with a beach vibe. If you want a great nights sleep the quiet location is perfect. You sit on top of a ridge with a great view all around. The sunrise shining through the sliding glass doors to the deck are spectacular. Its called a tiny house, but it is very spacious and roomy and still gives a cozy and relaxing feel. “The home was very nice I loved everything about it! There are some loud neighbors that are right on the other side of the fence but it didnt really bother us. But if you enjoy complete silence at night it may bother you. Overall we had an amazing stay and were super close to Fort Jackson to get onto post very quickly.”

“We stayed here for our son's army bt graduation, it was very clean, quiet, there's a park next door, the owner is easy to communicate with, the property is well stocked with everything you need and they even left a welcome sign personalized with my name! We didn't get to spend a lot of time in this property, as we were away on base for family day and graduation, day but it was a very nice place to sleep and relax when we needed to! ”

“No door to the loft bed room upstairs. Listing did not make it clear there was no door to the bed room. Second pull out bed from couch is low budget uncomfortable.”

“It’s immediately adjacent to the USC campus which made navigation easy. The staff is very pleasant and it’s very clean. I was surprised that they charged for coffee on the morning. $3 for a16 ounce cup of coffee seemed a bit like nickel and diming. ”
