“Clean and comfortable ”

“The staff was amazing and the ease of checking in was stress free. The room was bigger than expected and we all were comfortable. We will be enjoying this hotel in the future!”

“The room was not clean enough, the tabletop was not wiped clean.”

“When we arrived we had to wait while the person at the desk dealt with a phone call. After handing us our room keys they said nothing and started attending to another guest. It seemed rude. The room was fairly clean, but there was dirt on some of the furniture and the carpet needed to be vacuumed. Checkout was very easy. Breakfast was decent but the dining area was filled with screaming children.”

“It appeared to be a nice place. Staff was super. It could have been cleaner. Walking barefoot in the room, my feet felt grimy. ”
