“We came to town for graduation and a small family reunion! I had high expectations and they exceeded them! The property was amazing and very close to everything we needed! Very possible to go back to the exact same rental because it was that good!”

“I’ve stayed at this cabin a few times now. It’s in a great location if you want to be close to the Buffalo River. Cell service is spotty, which is really a blessing as I get away from my phone and enjoy reading or sitting on the porch. David is an excellent host!”

“This property has a great view of the White River. The host or manager will be adament with you about needing an awd or 4wd to access this property. Don't write him off he knows what he is talking about. This is a beautiful house with a million dollar view. However much like any house they tend to have their quirks. The down stairs half bathroom lacked a certain level of privacy (a door) . The kitchen sink doesn't drain properly it held a half a sink full of water for an extended period of time.……

“We throughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful property. We were visited by all types of wildlife. The place had plenty of room for us and the three graduates that came. Close proximity to so many activities and plenty of activities to do at or a short kayak ride. Thank you for allowing us to stay.”

“The place was clean, beds comfortable, easy communication leading up to the stay and easy access into the property. Plenty of room throughout the property. Severe storms knocked power out for about 15 hours and the host offered a nearby property so we could shower and freshen up. The only 2 items that could use attention are patio furniture cushions need to be replaced and the dishes and glasses and cookware is pretty sparse for the group of 9 we had. Otherwise great property for the price.”

“We hit this place at one of the most unfortunate times… immediately following a tornado nearby. Power was out for arrival night, but the owner stayed in constant contact. They took great care of us throughout the lead-up and the stay. The home is so amazing. Downstairs/upstairs, both are great. Quiet, secluded area. River access and river view are both outstanding. Once again, you can’t go wrong on location, and you really can’t get better hosts.”
