Run down hotel room, bed was clean and comofrtable. The hotel room had lots of grimy fingerprints on tv stand, bedside table, scratches in furniture, crack in wall. Overall run down and not a place I’d stay again.

The views and area were beautiful. We did have a rather rough time in the property restaurant. We ordered an appetizer, side salad and all day breakfast. It took around 45 mins at least to be served. Not many patrons and we also had a tough time being seated. Stood there in line around 10 minutes.

The hotel is fine; the rooms are very clean. The staff is generally OK. The cafe food is decent. The casino has issues. There should not be magnetic balls used in the rapid roulette machines. The ball should come out and land wherever it lands. There should be sensors to read what number the ball lands on. But using a magnetic ball opens the door for tomfoolery. It’s hard enough to win in any game but using a magnetic ball allows the machine to control where the ball lands and that’s got to be illegal. We already know the slots and video poker machines are calibrated to pay out only so much, do you really need to control the roulette machines too? You already set it at 15 or 20 seconds between each spin so that the players don’t have time to think about what they are doing. Let them work randomly. Is there some way you’re controlling the “pop up”
mechanized dice games as well?

Didn’t like the mixed responses of employees regarding charges to our room. First employee without hesitation allowed my purchase to be charged to the room. Second employee flatly stated to me that they were not allowed to charge anything to rooms. When I saw a different employee that evening, I asked upfront if my purchase could be charged to my room. The answer was an emotionless one-word “no”.

Really lousy dining in The Grill. Bad service is subjective but our dinner waiter set new standards. Took our order (wrong) then disappeared. Finally took our cash and made the wrong change.
