“Das Gesamtanwesen ist schön gelegen an einer ruhigen Straße. Unser gebuchtes Haus mit 4 eigenständigen Wohneinheiten lag im hinteren Teil. Jede Wohnung ist spartanisch mit Küchenutensilien eingerichtet und verfügt über ein eigenes Bad. In einer der unteren Wohnungen besteht allesdings dringend Renovierungsbedarf, die Decke im Wohnbereich sowie in dem Doppelschlafzimmer ist feucht und der Putz rieselt runter aufs Bett, Nachtsschrank und Kamin. Wir haben den Vermieter sofort kontaktiert, er kam am……

“Todo perfecto. La casa está cerca del pueblo, vistas preciosas a la montaña (sierra nevada), por la mañana solo se escuchan los pájaros, a 20 minutos en coche de la ciudad de Granada, a 30 minutos en coche de la playa (Salobreña), en verano se está fresquito por la noche. Perfecto si lo que buscas es tranquilidad y piscina, sin los molestos ruidos de los pueblos o ciudades costeras. Casa cómoda con todo lo necesario. Don Placido es un señor muy amable y disponible desde el minuto uno para ayudar……

“First, its not a house but an apartment in a nice rural building with 3 other apartments next to each other. The unit is a nice size (2bedroom one) but it needs a little upkeep like regrouting around the sinc and dishes that are not chipped, Since theres no ac, we couldn’t open the windows because it lacks screens, there were ants if you leave any crumbs on the table,but this is the country, the place was clean, has what you need to make a simple meal, the grounds are peaceful and the hosts……

“A party of five stayed; me, my wife and 3 grown up children. The villa was perfect and much larger, nicer and better equipped than the listing and photographs suggest. There were lots of thoughtful touches to make the stay special. It was very comfortable and even though the property stayed quite cool inside, the air conditioning was very welcome. The private pool was clean and well maintained. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a seperate laundry room and an outdoor toilet to save……
