“beautiful home! We enjoyed our stay! We enjoyed the hot tub and worked hard at being respectful of the rules. We also really felt blessed to have access to a 2 car garage in the middle of all the snow! Thank you also for plowing the driveway for us before we arrived! Also thank you for calling us early so we could check in when we arrived at 2:30pm. We had a wonderful time!”

“We could see chair lifts from kitchen window. The condo was clean and felt like we were visiting grandma’s house. I liked the cards with different instructions on the wall. Kitchen had all necessary items and then some. Perfect location.”

“We love Grand County and have been coming for years. As our family has grown the needs that we try to check off when finding a place to stay become harder and harder but we checked all the boxes here! Everyone from grandma and grandpa to parents and kids had a great time here. Would stay again for sure.”

“The place was perfect for our family. One last ski Hoorah for the season, we got to meet up with family at this location and we all had a great time. Perfect for jumping on and off the slopes with the kids. The rooms were spacious and fit our whole family. Bathrooms were clean! Truly enjoyed this place and we always enjoy Grandby Ranch. The only downside we had here was that the downstairs TV wasn’t working, And the hot tub was not maintained. The hot tub wouldn’t get warm, the water level was……

“The place was nice and clean. The only issue is that the swimming pool and hot tubs are not on their property but another property across the street. Unfortunately the pool and hot tubs were closed. After a day of playing in the snow we were looking forward to the hot tubs. Probably would have stayed some place else had we known they weren't on property and not up and running. Other than that it was great.”
