We got only one roll of toilet paper and had to ask for more. I guess this is called eco friendly. Staff is very gracious and professional.」

「The parking lot and condition of the exterior is in bad shape. The inside of the room is fine -a little old but clean. The mini fridge has no freezer which is a slight inconvenience. I don’t trust the maintenance of the pool -won’t swim in it.」

「Chef Carl and his wife Allison are wonderful hosts. The Chef's breakfast menus are a great way to start your day, with amazing creations. The well known Dijon Restaurant is next door. The river and the Melbourne Beach Pier is a short walk, and the beach is just at the end of the block. 」

「Property is nice and clean. Location and price make it worthwhile. If you’re going to stay here make sure you bring more bedding or blankets as it does get chilly at night. Rental manager does not keep extra on hand and didn’t provide any than what’s on the bed. Improvised as my son slept on the couch. Can’t adjust thermostat which wasn’t a big deal for us. No kitchen but tons of stuff to eat close by and grocery right down the street. Air fryer would have been very helpful.」

「Overall the place was clean and nice. It was the right amount of space for the 3 of us. The house and neighborhood are from the mid 50’s and it shows even though it’s very clean with an updated floor. The walls are thin and the windows are old single pane glass slats that open, but no screens…you will hear everything from inside and out. Bonus you can sometimes hear the waves in the predawn hours. The master bedroom is spacious but the attached bathroom is tiny…standup shower is tight for an...
