Lovely stay at well-positioned condo
Our stay at this condo was great! Check in was smooth, and the Ala Moana is centrally located so it’s easy to get to everything.

You get what you pay for
The room has only few small thin blankets for extra. It was cold at night. The property manager was informed but did not take any action.

I didn't like going through a third party all the time. If we needed soap or shampoo it would have been nice to have it available. Extra towels would have been nice. A locking sliding door would have been awesome.Bathroom floor was dirty when we got there.

Bathroom not clean - bodily fluids left under toilet seat at start of rental
The view was amazing, but that was diminished when I had to deep clean the bathroom due to bodily fluid buildup still being under toilet seat and area light switch. The bathroom was also only stocked with one roll of toilet paper. My family members stayed in similar rooms on different floors and had at least 3 rolls stored in the cabinet near the reach in cooler, but that cooler in my room was locked.

Hello Sienna, Thank you for your review. Regarding the toilet paper, we store extra toilet paper in the drawer under the bathroom sink. Some guests do not notice there is a drawer under the sink.. About the locked cabinet, and bathtub, I shared that with our maintenance & cleaning team. We are taking care of those. We appreciate your review. It helps to improve our service quality. There was a roach on the counter surface upon entering the room. Our hotel keys stopped working mid trip and it was a lengthy process to get them restarted. Parking is expensive and the lot is full most of the time. It takes about 5-10 minutes to get up/down the elevators. The location is convenient since it is right next to the mall, but aside from that, it was just an okay hotel. i would not stay here again.

Conveniently located
The room was clean and close to amenities. There was a Starbucks and convenience store located in the hotel lobby and a walkway that connected the hotel to the Ala Moana Mall. There was a nice view of the city and ocean from the balcony. Overall we had a great experience staying here.

Perfect spot, easy walk everywhere
Convenient, fun, clean, close to large mall that has everything you might have forgotten. Convenience of having a hotel lobby with bell desk and a Starbucks. The Signature Steak House on the top floor was a bonus. The DADA cafe wasn’t so good. Pool was awesome.

Stayed in Room 2902 and listened to elevator noise all night.
Room is small, no view of ocean and has dingy furnishings and carpet. The bed was large but just ok. The microwave was barley usable with no directions on how to use it. The kitchen was minimal, very minimal so we ate out every meal.

Great Stay!
The location was perfect as it was easy access to leave anywhere! The room itself was clean and the perfect size for a couple. Rules were very easy to follow and had no issues checking in or checking out. I would recommend this place if you are visiting as well as if you are doing a staycation. I hope to come back soon!

I loved the hotel and everything around the area being walking distance. My last day here I had issues with room service. I called the number I found on a folder with guidelines and they said they couldn’t help me and transferred me to the “correct number”. Once I was transferred I was told they couldn’t help me and said would transfer me back. So my question was never answered. Also my last day there was a power outage and I had to do the cleaning late at night, I didn’t know where to throw out the trash.

The property of the hotel was a nice place. They were renovating at the time of my stay but a very nice setup and the hotel has an attached walkway over to the mall which was super nice and convenient. Booking the room through a realty company that said they rent out "condominiums" was a mistake though. I booked through Lei Hawaii Realty and they advertused condomium rentals which turned out to be just a regular hotel room with the title condominium on it. After paying for the room upfront with the realty company, i arrived at the hotel and had to pay seperate fees, for instance, i had to pay a 50 dollar plastic key card issuance fee which i have never had to pay for ever staying anywhere. On top of that you have to pay seperate daily hotel fees from the daily fees you already paid to the realty company. When staying or booking with this realty group also you have to contact the realty company with any concerns or needs, whether it be something major like a tpilet leak or even as simple as i need more towels or linens we

Excellent facility. However, a major renovation is now impacting the hotel for sure - especially, no pool and 50% of the elevators unavailable from the ground floor. Next door to the Mall - great!. However, you need to provide a combination lock please - very inconvenient having to take our travel docs with us every day.

Excellent location
We have stayed at this location many times because it is so convenient to Ala Moana Center and away from the touristy hubbub of Waikiki. The hotel is older, used more by locals and flight crews. It is definitely not a ‘condo’ - better described as a hotel room.

The rental unit was comfortable and clean. However, it was smaller than expected and did not have small conveniences as expected, such as a working coffee maker. There were a few communication glitches that were worked out satisfactory. We loved the location and features of the hotel.

The property is really good. The instructions for my stay were wrong and I had to cancel one of my planned excursions to sort the issue. It is a good idea to call rather email a s if I didn't then I probably would have to vacate or be denied entry into the room
