we have booked this place in two different time on expedía. one for 4 nights and another just for one night. we specify our reservation of two queen beds, and get confirmation from expedía verified. but before the check in time we get a email from the Westcliff loge and saying we booked one king bed room. when we called them to notify them that they made a mistake, the lady on the phone is very rude and immediately blame Expedia which we know it is impossible because we have Expedia's confirmation in hand which clearly indicated the correct room type. Then the lady told us she can't do nothing for us and they all booked, and the mistake is nothing to do with them witch clearly is their fault, finally we have to cancel the reservation and luckily we fond very nice room that we needed across street from Holiday Inn and Suites. The way she treat customer is so unprofessional, it is unacceptable. We end up still stayed this hotel on our second on night reservation later on. the room is good spacious but my husband and I spend 2 hours to kill 5 flies in the room from day time cleaning people keep door open. hotel is no breakfast is inconvenient, all other hotels in the area provide breakfast. overall it is not so pleasant experience for us.
