“It is a cute small house, neat and tidy. There were 3 adult women who stayed together. One found the couch conversion to a bed, uncomfortable and bunked with one of us. Could has used a few more things in the kitchen, only 2 forks, 1 roll of paper towels, not much for cooking utensils or oven mitts. A few extras would have made it an exceptional stay. Same in the bathroom, no shampoo, but a small bottle of conditioner. Only 1 roll of TP for 3 people for 5 nights. We bought many more supplies and……

“I stayed here for my birthday and I had such a good time. The decor was a little dated and it was a bit dirty inside the fridge and the bathroom and it had a strange smell upon arrival but I ended up enjoying my stay. It doesn’t look exactly like the pictures but it is still a decent place to stay. The neighborhood is quiet and safe.”

“Family of 7 getting together for a long weekend celebrating a college graduation. House is perfect for a group or a family. We loved the layout. The master sheets were the most comfortable sheets I have slept on in perhaps my whole life!! Pool was a lot of fun. Lots of seating areas so we were able to spread out whenever we wanted. We had a couple hiccups the very first day but Erica our host was Johnny on the spot and had such fantastic communication and handled our issues without hesitation!……

“Home away from home, a warm and spacious house, high ceilings, with a large kitchen counter for gathering and cooking, large windows, a cozy garden with a pool. Very charming and clean house. The host is very responsive to any needs you may have during your stay that are not available. His concern stemming from the past with an overpopulation of occupants and the way they have left the house is charging an extra deposit as you complete the booking. This is to protect his interest for future……

“The home was lovely and the perfect accommodations for 3 senior citizen couples. Each had more than adequate sleeping quarters without being on top of each other. We so enjoyed setting out by the water in the morning, sipping coffee and watching the ducks. It was a wonderful stay.”

“My youngest son graduated from Rice Univ and so my husband and two older children stayed at the house during our visit! The rooms were great-each has their own tv, the beds are REALLY comfortable, bath towels are super absorbent, and there is bath gel, shampoo, conditioner and lotion provided. The owners are quick to respond to questions and initiated to make sure that our stay was going well once we areived. We really appreciated their care and concern. During our time at your home we attended the Texas Ren Fair in Todd Mission which was only about 40 minutes away. “House was beautiful. Loved the neighborhood and neighbors. Everyone was so friendly especially the owner. He was quick to reply anytime I had a question and was always professional. The house had everything we needed including towels, toiletries, detergent, and some pans/silverware. It was very clean and well kept. All bedrooms are on the first floor. Unless you want to take a break in the small loft upstairs, you won’t need to go up there (mentioning this in case anyone has disabilities).……

“Clean cozy house 4 blocks from boardwalk. Plenty of space inside and out for relaxing. Huge deck with BBQ and lots of seating. Big kitchen and washer/dryer. Wonderful airy bedroom upstairs with 3 double beds. The house has 1 bathroom which is downstairs ensuite to a bedroom with a king bed and an entrance off the kitchen. Very nice safe neighborhood 1 block from the bay. We would stay here again.”

“James has a beautiful home. It was large enough for a group of us. It has ample space to sleep everyone and to hang out back on the patio or by the pool. Unfortunately we didn’t get a chance to enjoy the pool because of the weather but it was nice and clean. If you’re in the area definitely check it out”
