“We had a good stay. The pool grotto area looked like the pictures and felt like a resort. There were fun things for the kids like smores and scavenger hunts. I wish the bathroom had more places to hang wet swimsuits.”

“It was very clean and tidy. Housekeeping did a fantastic job everyday. We are a family of five of which three are boys under ten. The front desk was so accommodating and professional. We will definitely be staying here again. Also, the boys loved the rock slide at the pool!”

“Property was nice, well kept up. Room was spacious and clean- bed was not very comfortable. Gulf view from our room was beautiful. Front desk staff when we arrived(May 31st 3:00pm) were kind and helpful, we had issues upon check in with Expedia not sending over payment but they promptly called to resolve the issue. Staff at check out were not friendly(June 3rd 11:00am). Over all a decent stay for the $$ but would likely go back to Miramar area since this property is farther from good restaurants……

“This was our first stay here and it definitely will not be our last. The staff was courteous and helpful and the customer service was impeccable. The activities on site were enjoyed by all and was appreciated that everything was kid friendly, we especially enjoyed the movies by the pool. The food was good and the breakfast buffet had so many options it was easy to satisfy everyone including the picky eaters. We had a blast! Til next time HIR FWB, we can’t wait to come back! ”

“Super easy check in. My room was ready so I was able to check in a little bit early. There is a snack corner right by the front desk with several drink and snack options. It’s kind of tucked in so you really have to be looking for it to see it. The pool is smaller but good if you have small kids. The location is convenient and easy to get in and out of. The room was super clean and and housekeeping came everyday. All in all great stay! ”

“Had the best time on the floating house. Great weekend getaway. Hanging out on the upper deck with drinks , and the best view of the bay and sunset. Highly recommended. We will definitely book this again this summer . Thank you ”

“My husband and I only stayed for 3 nights and for the price it was really good. We did have a hiccup when arriving with the bathroom light not working and the tv was ripped off the stand but when taking to the hotel staff, he quickly swapped us rooms. 2nd room we moved to was nice. Clean linens and bathroom. We did have a slight issue when arriving with the toilet slow flushing but we grabbed a $3 plunger from Walmart, gave it one good push and all was back to normal (didn’t want to bother hotel……
