“My family had the pleasure of staying at Sultanhan Hotel - Special Class，and I cannot recommend this hotel enough. The rooms were immaculately clean and beautifully decorated, and the staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. The hotel is located in a great area, close to all the main attractions in the city. The breakfast was delicious, and the restaurant served a great variety of Turkish dishes. “房间电话是坏的，叫修理师傅几次没修好，水只有前一天是免费的。帮忙叫的出租车司机还要了额外收费。房间隔音很一般。能一直听到外面的人说话。”
