「Euro 180 is charged for private boat trip but no English speaking guide, no welcome drink or fruit basket in room considering 5 star and nearly 500 euro rate! Breakfast is good. Gym room is opened 9 or 10am, not designed for morning excercise purpose! Room reserved considered to be garden view but in actual, funny hotel back of house view! No show for one room, no consideration for partial refund or extend for future use- waste!」

「Superb hotel. Very warm bed and quality blanket for the chilled spring in Como. I also love their breakfast. Location is close to the lake ferry ticket office. Very easy to find this hotel which is next to Duomo, the tallest structure of the town. 」

「Unser Zimmer mit Balkon "Nel Blu" hatte eine super Aussicht direkt auf den See. Es gab ein Geruchs-Problem mit der Lüftung. Wir durften daraufhin das Zimmer wechseln. Der Service war sehr kompetent und sehr freundlich. Über das Frühstück war ich enttäuscht. Ab 9 Uhr fehlten häufig mehrere Speisen. Die drei käsesorten waren bescheiden- da habe ich viel besseres gefunden in italien und die 3 wurstbeläge bzw. Schinken haben mehrfach nicht mehr frisch geschmeckt. Das überraschte mich, zumal in...
