All of the staff at the hotel were friendly, and really cared about you and your stay. Recommend this hotel. There is construction work happening behind the hotel. It didn’t bother us. But if your room was in the back of the hotel, it may be a bother Monday to Friday.

Staff were approachable and knowledgeable. Breakfasts delicious and plentiful. Pool area could have been bigger but it was a pleasure to be out there in spite of the intense heat. There was some construction work going on next door to the hotel but it was not intrusive. Excellent place to connect to other cities too with excellent rail services. Loved this stay in such a beautiful part of the world.

Loved our junior suite balcony with lake view. All the staff were exceptionally helpful & pleasant which made for a relaxing holiday. On the edge of town but directly opposite the beach so the location was perfect for us. Nice leisurely 10 minute stroll into town.

Nice hotel, very good location, helpful staff and good breakfast. Unfortunately there is building work next door which often makes the pool uninviting during working hours. Our particular room faced the building work so you didn’t want to sit outside. Very disappointing this was not made clear to us at the time of booking.

Location was very good and hotel very clean. Breakfast very good. However, the area around the pool side was extremely slippery (seeing multiple incidents, during our week stay) and there wasn’t a hand rail to get in and out of the pool. Surcharge for drinks and snacks around poolside too high (€3 per person, per time) and unnecessary. Given the importance of the World Cup, it would have been nice to watch it in rooms, for a small additional surcharge.

Location nice but noisy at night and construction during the day. Breakfast was great. Air conditioning is excellent I emailed in advance to check the bathroom for mold as I am highly allergic and have asthma. Unfortunately, that did not happen and there was mold in the bathroom I wish there were more choices for dinner at the hotel.
