“Very good standard email communication.. the apartment needs to be updated.. screens for bugs are broke and let a lot in .. bathroom needs to be redone completely.. really!.. space is huge, free Coffee and everything was clean .. 5 stars but reinvest in your property.. really needs some help ”

“The room I reserved has a kitchen, which is nice. The location of the hotel is convenient. It is close to metro and Vatican. The Cleanliness of the room is satisfactory but could be better. The hotel is close to the main road, so pretty noisy. The noise level is acceptable when the window is closed but too much when the windows are opened.”

“This property was perfect. The apt was large and the terrace was lovely. All the area attractions are within a 10min walk. Highly recommend. ”

“We stayed from March 30th 2024 till April 2nd 2024 . We had loved this place. Super clean and close to everything. Owner was amazing and helped us so much. We booked through Expedia and website had mistake but the property manager took care of us. Location is very good close to everything. Easy to come from airport to the apartment only cost us 2.50 euros. Only thing I have to mention is be careful when you are coming from the building main entrance door(big wooden door). It is not tall enough……

“Excellent conditions and super nice and helpful staffs. Well equipped kitchen including dish washing machine. Big size room with washing/drying machine which is great for me. The air conditioner only work in warm mode because of the winter setting, that make us too hot especially during the sleep. ”

“Newly furnished in a central location. Bed a little too soft for us, and more hooks to hang towels and toilet papers would have been nice. Had some trouble learning how to use the electronic appliances since no English manuals were available. No reception desk so communication with staff was always remote, although he generally responded within 10-20 minutes — ok with us but not ideal in case of emergencies. In general a pleasant stay. Would recommend to people with high mobility,……

Great, spacious apartment with great amenities - due to the central location of the apartment, it can often be quite loud at night due to local restaurants/ bars. Would definitely recommend and will definitely be staying here again ”

Good location, most sights can be reached on foot like colosseum, Termini train station, Pantheon, Trevi Fountain, etc. The surrounding was quiet and convenient, you can easily find supermarkets, bus stop, restaurants. The apartment had towels, shampoo, and washing machine. We were asked to clean the dishes and throw the garbage ourselves. Overall, we like our stay in Rome.”
