“إستقبال محترم والموقع ممتاز والطاقم ودود جداً إنما عتبي على موقع هوتيلز وذلك لأنه لم يبين أن عند إستخدام كود الخصم يحرمني من الليالي المجانية عشرون ريال خصم مقابل 450 ريال ويتم حرماني من تجميع الليالي !!!!!!!؟؟؟ يفترض أن يكون شيء واضح للعملاء الدائمين وليس بعد الحجز والدفع يتم إشعاري بأنني لا استحق بسبب كود الخصم ”

“A very nice hotel, where everything was as expected and a bit more. Within 10 min walk you will find both a big city mall and convenience store.”

“Property location and rooms are good. Front desk staff were very cold, almost no acknowledgement even when you are standing in front of their desk. It was hard to get any information. Some bell boys helped me get the local info I needed. Wifi was good in certain parts of suite, not in the bedroom though. They did not do house-keeping during my nights stay, which is fine but they should have at least informed that no housekeeping will be done. Breakfast was decent.”

“The location is very nice very close to the Cornish road. We loved setting in the balcony and the view was also great facing the park and the Hilton walking pathway to the Cornish.”
