"A fabulous mountain retreat set between forests and tea gardens. Beautifully maintained lawns with great vistas. Loved our stay. However due to road washouts from 2018 floods, almost impossible to get to. A miracle we found our way. But well worth the journey!"

"We were very impressed with our 4 days at The Zuri Kumarakom. We were surprised to be told that the property is about 25 years old, because it's superb maintenance suggested a much younger age to us. As we rode into the property, we were a bit shocked to see a lot of policemen around. And that turned into panic when they accosted our taxi cab at the hotel porch. "We went for a family trip of 9 people, the rooms where good, clean and comfortable. Service was good. But unfortunately the Food was very average and costly. If they improve their food, this resort will be at the top."
