「Communication from the host was amazing. Anna was very responsive. The check in was seamless. The location is great and the chalet suited our needs for a weekend away MTB riding with friends. 「We had a very nice stay at Lantern apartments with family for a weekend getaway to start skiing season. Very friendly staff and we were very comfortable after a day of skiing to rest and get ready for next day. Definitely recommended and look forward to our next stay.」

「We had a wonderful time at Crackenback resort. The property was excellent, clean, great location and very comfortable. We all really enjoyed the resort facilities, golf, archery, tennis, etc. The only reason I have given 4 rather than 5 stars is that the kitchen was very small with limited counter space so was a bit hard to cook. And there was no place to store our bikes undercover so they stayed outside in the rain. Apart from that we loved it and would defininitely return.」

「The hotel was really easy to find. They gave us a parking permit to park just outside the front door. The room was small, as one expects in a ski resort but the facilities were great.
