The condo is nestled directly over the ocean, providing mesmerizing views that you'll cherish for a lifetime. Imagine waking up to stunning views year-round, and in the winter, you might even spot Humpback Whales gliding, blowing, and breaching in the bay.

The condo has been tastefully remodeled and features cool, tiled flooring that feels amazing underfoot. The granite counters and tiled walk-in shower with a bench add to the luxurious feel of the space. The decoration theme is subtly tropical, peaceful, and fresh, with soothing colors that evoke relaxation.

The full kitchen is the perfect place to create a feast with fresh Maui fish, and you'll be inspired by the ocean views. The living area has two tables, one inside and another on the lanai, positioned to allow you to take in the stunning surroundings at all times. Great condo with an amazing view!! The condo was well stocked and perfect for two people. I wouldnt try try to do a lot of cooking due to limited counter space in the kitchen but worked well for breakfast and lunch. The fans helped circulate the cool air from the air conditioner. The central location was great. The complex is small and we never had to compete for a chair by the pool. Pool was clean and just steps from the beach!

Great location, adequate condo with some issues
The location is perfect in terms of proximity to the beach, stores/restaurants, and other areas of the island, including the airport. You can walk to a beach rental store, one restaurant, a convenience store, farmers market, and shave ice place within 5 minutes. We've stayed at the property next door, so knew the area was awesome--this is top priority when we book in Hawaii. The condo itself is not great. We are not fussy lodgers--we're (relatively) young and don't need a big condo, fancy furniture or amenities. We appreciated the beach equipment (boogie boards, chairs, snorkeling gear, towels, coolers--an umbrella would be a nice addition) and the prompt response from the manager in replacing a broken fan. Overall, however, this place was below our expectations compared to other condos we've rented on VRBO on Maui and other islands, for a few reasons. It was surface-level clean, but is in need of a deep clean (couch, blinds were a bit dingy). When we pulled out the sofa bed, it was dusty with stains on the mattress pad. This was disappointing because we would've slept on the sofa bed otherwise--the regular bed is absolutely awful. Again, we are in our 30s and typically have no issues with beds in hotels/condos--this was almost un-sleepable. Neither of us slept comfortably the entire time, which was a huge bummer for what was supposed to be a relaxing trip. It was bad enough that, despite the amazing location and relatively decent price, we wouldn't stay here again.

Overall the property was clean and we'll maintained. The view and beach were great. The location was convenient to get to about anywhere. The only complaint is the bed needs replaced.

Great location!
We enjoyed our stay very much. We had never stayed in Kihei but enjoyed all it had to offer. The room we stayed in was well kept but dated. Some upgrading would be nice but, from all we could tell, the entire property was dated. Great access to the ocean and the pool was very nice. Mahalo!
