With nice victoria harbour view, hope i can get a room with higher floor to enjoy the view :) It is a little bit crowded at the check in counters, the waiting time is a little bit long, other things are alright.

整體服務及房內裝潢、衛浴、空間都非常棒，但因為這次安排的房型是連接房（子母房），中間有一個門跟隔壁相接，可能因此隔音方面不太好，隔壁的旅客連續兩天早上，從7點開始講電話講了兩個多小時，聲音非常近且聽得非常大聲非常清楚，是美中不足的地方。

住宿的景色很好，但我在訂房時可能沒有留意到酒店正在進行維修，但也希望日後可以在當眼一點的位置中作出提示。 房間內提供了最基本的設施，所有用具都很乾淨整潔，但是電視以及房內的音鬧鍾欠缺了 BLUETOOTH 功能，這個是令我感到有點不足，若再不改善房間內的電視系統，其實都會使留宿的客人感到失望的。 另外，健身中心的同事指示誤以及對酒店的道路指引了解不足，都令到我十分失望，在酒店進行維護的同時，也請管理層多點站在客人的使用者角度進行同事的培訓安排。 整體而言，我對酒店的員工態度十分滿意，但是在維護時期的資訊提醒，對於入住客人的使用感受是有直接的影響，希望有關方面可多加留意。 謝謝你們於７月１６日的房間清潔服務員跟我講了第一句：生日快樂！ 她的行為令我覺得酒店的員工，不分上下，都是對客人心存好意，希望客人都可以好似酒店的一家人一樣。 感激。
