“What I did not like was the fact that at 20K a night for a Superior room you got a pigeon hole. However staff attitude was excellent they moved us to a better room, but in a budget hotel at no discounts, which was again dissapointing. Hotels need to be more upfront. So see and book”

“It was an incredible experience! Kashmiri people are lovely, their hospitality is marvellous. I wish there was less trash everywhere in the valley - plastic bottles and plastic bags in particular. Can't really blame Kashmiris for it but some obnoxious Indian tourists from the rest of the country. Hope the trash situation improves, it is a real eye-sore and a bummer.”

“They don’t follow any covid protocols no patrons or the staff was wearing masks. they encourage eating in a crowded closed restaurant which was such a disappointment. Please avoid if you care for your health and safety. ”

“Hot water and Room heater facility 24 hours available. Restaurant staff and food quality is very good. No view from rooms. Before main entrance gate there is another property and because of that some times vehicle can not reach upto the main entrance of hotel.”

“The property location is not good and very far from city with no access to market or shops nearby. The property doesn’t have a lift and we had to climb up three storeys for room access. The room was big however the sitting area mattress was in a poor condition. The staff is friendly and helpful. ”

“Absolutely beautiful cabin set in the middle of an apricot orchard with wood burning stoves in each room and heaters in the beds. The service was fantastic and the food was great. We're going back. ”

“Indus Valley is over rated and expensive property. The only positive is location near to Leh main market. Food is super expensive but there are multiple restaurants like Tibetan Kitchen and Chopsticks noodle bar nearby ”
